I rarely give reviews but in this case I wish I could have read mine before I booked it. Everything about this hotel screams unloved! Carpets and upholstery tatty and thread bare. Breakfast can only be described as adequate but not appetising. The orange juice is not fresh. Make your own tea/coffee but then it has a scum on it...

The hotel was fantastic. We had a mini break from Sunday to Wednesday. I also had my brother with autism and learning disabilities with me who never been to London before. We had a amazing time. All the hotel staff were amazing, helpful and tried there hardest to understand my brother who as problems with communication. I couldn't of asked...

I have stayed in London many times. Some hotels have been OK. Some good and 1 or 2 terrible. From check in to check out, the staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and warm. It was also very clean. The only thing that let the room down was that the chair was...

WARNING!! If you are looking for a nice relaxing comfortable place to stay then don't book. I have never written a review before now and I felt the need to get across what a mistake it was to book this hotel. My girlfriend booked this hotel as a birthday weekend away in London for me and her. We stayed 4...

Anyone expecting more than average for the price is an optimist. I have stayed in better and more modern places in London for a little more but to be fair the rooms were clean even if they were small , and they offered a good english breakfast. Spanish speaking staff - several - a pleasure and very friendly. A little...

Reception required passports although we are British. This was rectified. Lobby area was very tired and dirty. Electric entrance door risks knocking you off your feet. Bedrooms were tiny - just big enough to fit a standard 4'6 double bed with ankle scraping room around it. Bedroom flooring was cheap vinyl. Internet was intermittent and then fell over entirely in...

A pleasant hotel, tucked away in a beautiful street of London, a street away from the nearest Underground Station, ideal area for Muslim tourists as it is near a lot of Halaal restaurants. The rooms are small, but it's compensated by the fact that you use the rooms only to sleep at night, the rest of the time you are...

Booked a superior room for one night and was dumped on the 4th floor at the rear of property. The room was tiny.. the flooring dirty and threadbare and in the short time I spent in the room two trains rumbled very noisily past.... oh and the air con/heating system did not work!! I was eventually moved to another room...

We booked this hotel as a place where we could sleep, get up the next day and walk to the museums in South Kensington, so in terms of location the hotel was perfect and meant we got a nice morning walk through the park instead of getting the tube to the science and natural history museums. We arrived quite late...

The only thing I'm sure it's that this is not a four stars hotel, luckily arrive till two. The rooms and bathrooms are too small, old carpets in the corridors and reception, air conditioning doesn't work, hot and noisy if you are located over the swimming pool, old and cheap furnitures, bed simple with the springs too close to the...
