A great location for anyone visiting central London. Our room was clean and comfortable for a small room. The bed was very comfortable. Pillows were great! Very good value for money. Unfortunately we did not get the time to use the swimming pool or sauna. We did not have the hotel breakfast. Will return.

The hotel is in very good location, however the hotel is in need of a serious refurbishment. The carpets are old and dirty. Bedrooms are very bad state and the smallest scariest lifts ever! Spa facilities not much to be desired. Plus side staff very friendly, rooms cleaned daily and breakfast was very good.

This hotel is well situated for London's main amenities. Not too far from Paddington Station and plenty of bus stops around to take you into the city centre. Rooms are a bit small but provide reasonable value for money for the price charged.

Really enjoyed our stay here, location was perfect for where we wanted to go being right opposite Hyde park at the Bayswater road end, and considerably cheaper than most hotels in there area, we got a nice twin room as we checked in early so you need to get lucky ! Yes they are small but have everything you need,...

Our second stay here confirms that this hotel has an excellent location & compares favourably on price with others in central London. Again our room was fine but I would agree with other reviewers that they need to spend some money on new carpets in public areas & things like new chairs in the breakfast room. The breakfast buffett itself...

Conveniently located hotel, close to multitude of restaurants on Queensway and Westbourne Grove, although the closest restaurant Zorbas on Leinster Gradens best avoided. Friendly welcome. Very acceptable room with all the usual refinements [kettle / tv etc]. Only drawback is lack of parking - but this is central London!

Very tired hotel, very small room despite paying good money. Air con didn't work came up with error, tried to ring no one answered, tv didn't work very noisy guests next door. Didn't sleep and felt very sick and dizzy because of the heat of the room. Next morning explained to lady of reception who told me to email the...

Location: The location of the hotel is good being 50m from Hyde Park, 300m from tube station (Queensway) central line and approx 1km from notting hill area. The area is also very nice with nearby Bayswater area good for food etc. Room: Room was very very small (8m2) which was inconvenient cos there was barely standing room to put on...

I have to wonder when reading the critique by some of this hotel. I score things according to value for money. As can be found I am no stranger to some budget accommodation nor 5* top hotels around the globe. This hotel right here is real value for money. It enjoys a top spot by Hyde Park, you can't in...
