After reading the reviews on this hotel I was dreading stay staying at the Queen's Park hotel. I came here with my sister and our children both age 14. When we arrived the hotel was clean and check in was simple no problems. We were given our room number 1st floor room 104. When we got to our room all...

We stayed here for 1 night having been booked in via a virgin experience, it was just that. We were in a room with a double bed and a camp bed as we had asked for twin beds, the room was a little on the small side and there was no central heating, it did have a radiator which didn't...

It's London and it's cheap! Good enough for me! The room was super small, and the bathroom even more so. But I only stayed in the hotel for a few hours of sleep! If your plan is to visit London and only use the hotel for a night rest and breakfast (which was not bad at all!)... then I'd recommend...

Was shipped out there by the Ambassadors Hotel who concocted a load of reasons why they would not honour a booking I had made through Bookings.com two months earlier. Was shown a tiny room with a double bed jammed into it that is right behind reception. Would not accept that this was unacceptable until I demanded that they order a...

We had a short stay at the Queens Park and I must say we are still impressed. Very friendly and helpful staff. we had a different room this time which was quite a bit smaller, but adequate. We only needed a place to put our heads down, clean shower and clean sheets. This we got. Staff were helpful and opened...

Considering how close this hotel is to the tube AND hyde park, AND winter wonderland, AND kensington palace, you'd think they'd have spent more on the basic facilities - but no. Such a shame, but considering we paid for this pretty darn cheaply, what did I expect? We encountered no issues with the staff, but the breakfast group looked very...

Obviously this is a budget hotel, perfect for a couple of nights in London (or so you would think!) However, I've stayed in youth hostels nicer than this place. We weren't expecting the Ritz but Jeeeesus from the minute we arrived the staff were rude and unhelpful with regards to an issue with the booking. When we finally got checked...

The rooms were very small and the bathroom was tiny. We had barely space for the luggage. There was a gap between the floor and the front door so we could hear all the noise from the hallway. The internet costs 2gbp per hour and you can t even catch the signal from the rooms (ours was 3rd floor). An...
