The shower and bathtubs in the rooms are very good, and the tub fills very quickly unlike many hotels... The beds, pillows and blankets are very soft and comfy... For me, the most important amenity in the room was the air conditioning... Their AC is very powerful and keeps the room at a comfortable temperature with a constant flow of air... The hotel is very well located, walking distance from Paddington Station (the new Elizabeth line is accessible from here) and Lancaster Gate Station... Jermyn St, Saville Row and Bond St and all within 15 min...

...Our room was beautifully appointed - with robes, slippers and boutique toiletries including toothbrushes, razors, moisturiser etc. Spotless crisp linen on comfortable beds made for a great night's sleep... No iron in the room but just need to ring reception to have one brought up... Breakfast was a buffet/hot option and all cooked to order... Staff were professional and helpful - Agnesevka (?)... checked us in and was so helpful in changing the room so sister in law was on the same floor (did request when booking but something went awry)... Great spot - walking distance to Hyde Park and local shops... A restful oasis in what was a hectic time in London (Queen's funeral)...

...Roseate is probably the best small hotel that I have ever stayed in any European city. You are instantly transported to the great colonial era elegance and luxury... Staff is amazingly courteous and polite... Small breakfast- high tea room and bar are amazing , serving some exquisite dishes with very well stocked bar.... Rooms are extremely well finished with great sense of aesthetics.location of the property is great just 3 minutes away from Hyde Park... paddington sand Lancaster Gate stations are only few hundred yards away...
