Hotel's Favorite
I booked a nice suite for 2 nights for my wife's special birthday in late Sep. The room was lovely and very romantic with a 4-poster, particularly when the staff had very kindly put rose petals in a heart on the bed (I know many hotels charge for this) but the Roseate just goes out of the way to be friendly and helpful. From booking taxis to leaving my bags there a couple of days early - nothing was too much trouble. Well done to Clarissa, Ylenia, Angeline and all the staff - great service - that's what makes a hotel stay really enjoyable. I am looking forward to returning here many times. Great breakfast, great location 2-3 mins from the tube, car parking, comfortable rooms as well!

The Roseate House was a beautiful hotel very near Paddington and Lancaster Gate stations. The rooms are nice and one perk is windows that open. Bathroom has a towel warmer and the room has a great air conditioner. Very comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet is good but be prepared for a wait if you order from the kitchen. Staff nice and courteous as well. Great location in London.

My wife and I stayed at the Roseate House London for 2 nights. We had an excellent stay. We were greated by both Agnieszka and Bartosz who were on reception. They are both very friendly and give a very genuine welcome, always on hand to help you. The room was clean, cosy and due to being a Junior Suite was amazing. The afternoon Tea was also very nice. I must say again a special Thank you to both Agnieszka and Bartosz for making us feel very welcome with their genuine smile and friendly attitude to help. Thank You to you both.

We paid a good amount to stay here on two weekend nights and one weekday night. We were in a classic double room which had an American queen bed but was otherwise quite small (not really enough room to open 2 suitcases and walk comfortably). Pros: The front desk staff are nice albeit reserved. The bed and linens were fabulously comfortable. The location cannot be beat for Paddington and two subway stations. Cons: for a luxury hotel, it would be nice to have a few extra touches, like cookies, mints or chocolates. It would also be nice to have a little common area since the rooms are so small (the lobby is the check in desk and a few chairs - not comfortable at all). So, overall a pleasant stay, but to charge what they do, it would be nice to have a few "luxurious" touches.

Very impressed with the lovely hotel, perfect location, relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. I can see considerable amount of care and attention has been taken getting our beautiful room ready for our stay. Special thanks to the Night staff who checked us in, Asim in restaurant, Housekeeping, Reception and of course not to forget the Breakfast Chef. Highly recommended and will definitely come back next year.

This hotel is smart with a really nice relaxed atmosphere, the staff are friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was excellent, would definitely stay again. Paddington station is only a 5 minute walk, yet the hotel is set back on a quiet street with very little noise.
