Great hotel. located in a very central location. Went to Gordon Ramsays which was fantastic.Reception staff were very helpful. Average price for a hotel with this rating and location. Rooms are not very well sound proofed. An important note. The hotel does not have a car park but advised us of a NCP locally. Do not park anything there! We did and our car was broken into. Only after this and reading reviews this is a common occurrence. Disappointed the hotel did not advise us of this. Locals advised us , as we waited for police it happens all the time as the criminals watch people leaving the hotel and going to the car park.

The hotel itself is very nice and is in a great location. Reception staff are very polite and happy to help. Room was clean, big and comfortable so was very happy with this. However in the morning breakfast was diabolical. Rude staff who have no idea of customer service. Kept us waiting to be seated for well over 10 minutes, waited for our breakfast to arrive for 15/20 mins, our toast never turned up so we had to order twice and everything else went cold. Poor service, long wait times and no way of apology. Breakfast is not a buffet due to Covid but ordered off a very limited menu, with many things not available - they didn’t have yoghurt even though this was one of the three continental options. The English breakfast was fine but very measly with one rasher of bacon and one sausage and judgement from the waiters for ordering another sausage. Overall a very poor experience and clear waiting staff had total disregard for customer service. Will not be returning.

Dear Ambern-0593, Thank you for choosing to stay at the London Marriott Grosvenor Square and for providing your honest feedback. I am disappointed to hear about your experience at breakfast and that we were unable to meet your expectations. Providing the highest level of service is our number one priority and I do apologise for falling short on this occasion. We have shared your feedback with the team to prevent this happening again. I believe our Director of Operations and Assistant Front Office Manager have both provided their details for you, so please do not hesitate to reach out if there is anything else we can do. Again, I sincerely apologise and I do hope we can welcome you back to the hotel in future.

Firstly the location of this hotel couldn’t be better in my opinion as it’s only a 5 minute walk from Bond Street Tube Station and within touching distance of a number of top quality bars and restaurants! To make matters even better you have not one but two of Gordon Ramsey’s restaurants on site and they both serve the most delicious food and drinks you could imagine! The Lucky Cat is just spectacular and perfect for any occasion! The service in the hotel was also second to none and Lucie who works at the front desk was the best you could have ever asked for and assisted me with several things including find somewhere that could do me a covid test at short notice as I had a flight to catch and left it until the last minute! I honestly don’t think I would have made it home without having to reschedule my flights etc if it wasn’t for her! Overall I had a great stay and I will most certainly be returning to this hotel the next time I’m travelling into London.

I do not think there are enough superlatives to describe the level of quality service provided by every member of staff at the hotel. My original plan was for a quick two day visit before heading off to meet my son in France. I woke up on our first day to a European travel ban. Scrambling to get my son to London and rearrange flights to get home was frustrating but at the Marriott, all it took was one conversation with the front desk to have put stay extended, a pull out put in my room for my son and assurances that the hotel would work to help us with any problems. Every member of the hotel staff we met and spoke to did everything possible to make our adjusted plans enjoyable. A special thank you to Mr Patel, the M lounge manager. Our flight home left extremely early, Mr Patel arranged for breakfast to be available before we headed to the airport. I highly recommend staying at this hotel I know we will be back in London and we will be staying at this Marriott

Perfect hotel with a nice restaurant, bar. Really good bed. Top location and top service like all other Marriotts i have stayed at. Walking distance to shops, cafees, the park and good restaurants. I have stayed there alone but also with wife and kids. My wife loves it as well.
