Very nice and helpful staff. Especially the manager Sarah Duffield. She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. Great lounge for business meetings and breakfast. Nice gym to work out at. And a great Gordon Ramsay restaurant attached to the hotel
We stayed at this hotel approx. two years ago and as a treat for our Wedding anniversary decided that we would return again. We recalled how well positioned this hotel is for sight seeing, shopping and for the theatre. We decided that we would upgrade to a suite for the two night stay and were allocated room 319. Again we weren't dissapointed... the room has a King size bed with ensuite and then a completely separate lounge and dining room area with a sofa that I think rolled out into another bed. The room was well appointed, modern and with two TVs. The Marriot staff are well trained and everyone from the front reception through to the housekeepers couldn't be nicer or do enough for you. Well done Marriot and well done especially to the hotel management who I am sure are the masterminds behind the exceptional service.…
This hotel was amazing, from the room, the services and even the service team. The breakfast was alright. What I liked the most about this hotel was how I was welcomed by Carl at the front door, he was a very kind and helpful man. The room was quite nice and the view was lovely through the window.
The staff, including the doormen, Carl and Nicholas, were friendly, helpful and Patricia in the lounge (she’ll be doing something wonderful soon) went out of there way to be helpful. If we get the chance we’ll be back.
Our Stay in Marriott Hotel for couple nights during the busiest August month of 2022 was very comfortable. Reception area was impressive with good set up. Reception Staff especially Srushti Shah was very cordial and handled our Check in and Check Out Process efficiently. Room was just adequate for us all over . Furniture & Linens were of very good Standard. All the other Staff from Room Service, etc. were very friendly. Food was tasty. Overall a very good stay with Hotel Eternity.
Everything was wonderful right from the moment we walked through the door of the hotel to our check out the following day, Sarah the front of house Manager was excellent and very welcoming as were all the staff. Breakfast in Ramsey’s was top notch as was the cocktail the night before in Lucky Cat. The hotel is in a great location only 5 mins walk from Selfridges. We will most definitely be returning.
Popped in to look around the lobby during an afternoon at Grosvenor square. The staff were so warm and friendly with big smiles and welcoming auras. The lobby smelt divine and the loos were sparking clean, with fresh towels. The hotel is in a great location for sight-seeing and close to Old Bond Street, Chinatown, Soho etc. I'd love to stay here for a few nights in future!
I have never been serviced as well as rima koley has serviced me today. She was very sweet and clear with her instructions. She also kindly gave us access to the lounge till our room is ready. She also gave us our room earlier than the check in time. This type of service is what gets me to come back to the marriot group hotels.
Our love for the hotel started long before we checked in. Never in my entire travel experience did we have the pleasure of working with a Concierge staff that is truly second to none...FRANCIS was an incredible asset who helped us plan incredible experiences both in terms of activities like Wimbledon and some of the best meals we have had. Rima made sure my actual birthday and the amenities sent to the room made us feel most welcome and appreciated. The room was nice...location the best..But the front desk staff..made the trip most memorable..Mayfair is a glorius part of town and we will be back for sure...
Our three night stay was great in this hotel. We had a third floor room facing outside to street. There was minimal street noise. Room and bathroom were modern and comfortable. For our previous stay in this hotel, we had an interior room facing the garden. On balance the interior room would be preferred. Front desk provided great service with nearby suggestions for dining. The bellmen at the entrance were always welcoming and helpful. Oxford Street is a couple of blocks away, so shoppers have the convenience of returning to hotel to offload shopping bags. We did not dine in the hotel restaurants (Gordon Ramsay brands), bit we did frequent the business lounge (M lounge) in the basement. There seemed to be a shortage of glasses, utensils and draft beer options, mainly driven by their inability to keep up with the pace of guests cycling through the place. Nevertheless our visits were relaxing and satisfactory with a bit of patience.…
