This is a really great hotel. Only negative thing was that they were doing construction to the outside of the hotel, so the view was blocked and it was a little noisy during the day. So if you like to nap when you first arrive, it might be difficult if you are sensitive. The room was clean and decently sized and they do a turn down service at night and leave you chocolates. Best part was the man outside the front door - we had a chat every day and he gave me directions and ideas on where to eat. Also super close to the Bond Street station, so you can easily get to wherever you want to go, including Heathrow airport. We didn’t eat at the restaurant, but there is a pub right across the corner and lots of good places nearby. Highly recommend!

Staff were amazing upon arrival and during our entire stay. Concierge go above and beyond. Location couldn’t be better. Rooms were comfortable though lighting could be better. Turndown service was a nice touch. Lifetime titanium and no upgrade on either of the rooms booked. Luggage room for drinks is a must! Great atmosphere and staff. Ate at restaurant for breakfast one morning, everything was wonderful. The only thing that was not on par was the M Lounge.. comfortable room on basement floor, staff there as well were very friendly but the morning selections were cold. Eggs, sausage, bacon all cold. The food is put in the warmers warm but the warmers are not plugged in to keep food warm? That was the only downfall. I might stay at another property in same area next time.

From the moment you walk through the door of this beautiful hotel, you are greeted by the friendliest and most professional staff I have genuinely ever experienced. The guys outside on the door and the reception staff, the waiting staff in the restaurant and the team serving in the lounge. Nothing is too much trouble for anybody. The rooms are spotless and spacious and if you have a request such as a high floor they will do their best to accommodate you. I could not recommend this team of people more highly, Thank you for another wonderful stay !

This was the third time we had visited this hotel and it was equally as good as before, right from the welcome at the door to the excellent service at reception and throughout the hotel. My wife and I enjoyed every minute of our stay and are already looking forward to return. Thank you to the team!

Visited week of Thanksgiving with wife and three kids (16, 14, 11). Two connecting rooms. This is a great hotel. It is exactly what we needed. It is close to so much fun stuff to do in London. Hotel is clean, and service was great. It was nicer than we expected.

Exquisite service from the team especially Robert Hann who kindly took care of our reservation making our stay as wonderful as ever, we can’t fault this place and can’t wait to return again shortly. From check in to check out guests receive a 5 star experience, the whole team are amazing. Everyone seems to go that extra mile to ensure that all guests have a lovely stay, this is hospitality at its best! The Hotel is literally 2 minutes walk from Selfridges and central Oxford Street. Our room a Balcony Suite was spacious and felt very special with a lovely outdoor seating area where we could sit and relax in the evening or sit and enjoy a coffee after breakfast. The en-suite bathroom was huge, with a lovely big drench shower. The toiletries provided are high end and luxurious, a good selection of Penhaligon’s which is one of my favourites. Soft robes and slippers included as you would expect. We had M Club lounge access with the room which serves a choice of wine, beers and soft drinks, a selection of hot drinks as well as hot food served AM and LPM, the service in the M Club lounge is always first class. We opted for Breakfast in the Gordon Ramsey Grill restaurant which was really nice, you can however, have breakfast in the M Club lounge and this is always really good as well. Overall, this was the best stay we have had at Marriott Grosvenor Square, with a team that went above and beyond to welcome us back once again.

Fantastic 10 day stay in central London. Awesome convenient, pleasant hotel with great engaging staff. David the doorman was a friendly welcome-site each morning. What a great initial representative for the hotel! Robert gave us personal assistance with our room choice and took great care of our arrangements. I don't know if they always do nice surprising things, or if it was because of my wife's birthday, but orchids delivered to the room was a welcome surprise. And going to miss discussing the weather with David upon leaving to explore London each morning!

I stayed with my wife and 3 year old son in April 2023 and had a great 5-night stay. We booked with Marriott Bonvoy points and upgraded our room to a 1 Bedroom Suite using Suite Night Awards. The suite was clean, spacious, well appointed and worked perfectly for traveling with a toddler. We found the hotel to be a good value for points redemption. Special thanks to Nicole and Robert at the front desk, who recognized my wife’s Titanium status and prepared our room within an hour of our early arrival to the hotel, which was greatly appreciated as we were low on sleep after a transatlantic flight. We also loved having access to the M Lounge. It had a great spread for breakfast and evening snacks, and even offered afternoon tea on weekends. Special thanks to Anowar at the M Lounge who stopped by to chat with my son on multiple occasions and made his day with delicious chocolates :) The doormen were also courteous and friendly, and made us feel at home along with the rest of the staff. Lastly the guest relations team sent a wonderful surprise for my birthday, which was a great touch. We’d love to be back at this wonderful hotel the next time we’re in London!

Excellent hotel stay! The location is perfect. The rooms and bathrooms were well appointed. The staff was excellent - especially the head concierge- Mr John White. The doorman, David, was so lovely and my daughter looked forward to seeing him daily. We stayed for 6 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend.
