Stayed November 23-25, 2016 with a group of girlfriends on a holiday trip from the states. What a wonderful hotel! From fresh fruit and the most friendly staff at check-in, to beautiful décor, gorgeous meeting spaces, and a well stocked bar, we had the most pleasant stay. The hotel has several seating areas which are cozy and comfortable for a...

Spent two nights at the Pelham due to its location (proximity to office) and availability during a busy week. I was immediately concerned when I booked in late after a long day of delayed travel the small hotel would not be able to accommodate a late meal or other standard luxuries. How was I surprised. The small staff went out...

Very professional staff, with a focus on the customer. The hotel is centrally located to mass transit and lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel is well appointed and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again! Perfection.

Brilliantly located in South Kengsington, directly across the road from the Underground Station, the Pelham is an excellent and well priced small hotel. The deluxe room was spacious and comfortable -and each room decorated differently. Breakfasts were plentiful and very good. Good service. I would definitely return for another stay.

Nice atmosphere and decoration. Large beds, modern bathroom, cozy rooms with warm decoration. Went for business but would definitely come back with my girlfriend. Next to all necessary transports and very nice staff. The lounge is very personal and you feel at home sitter there with your colleagues discussing the day. Feels like a living room.

Stayed for 1 night while at a charity event at the natural history museum for EACH. The hotel is now very nice comfy bed pillow menu, robes, good bathroom amenities, mini bar and aircon. Room service available if required. Service very good and very polite staff. We didn't eat here but the food looked good.

After 25 years going to the Pelham this was the first time that we were not pleased. Good location, some nice rooms but others so small and bad room service and maintenance. We hope it changes to be an excellent hotel again

We stayed at the Pelham Hotel during the Thanksgiving holiday with my wife and three teenage boys. It was a wonderful place to stay. We had three rooms that ranged from a deluxe, executive and a junior suite. They were all very comfortable, quite and nicely appointed. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our week. Being so close...

The Pelham was a surprisingly quiet, chill hotel located in the heart of the lovely chaos that is South Kensington. Two very nice public sitting areas complete with fireplaces and honor bars made for comfortable spots to stop at the beginning or end of the day. The rooms are small, but well-outfitted with great linens, beds and pillows. Location means...

Staying in South Kensington

Neighborhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
