      Failed to meet expectations

      We book Club room, bed comfy & clean. Unfortunately stay very disappointing as a result of unfriendly staff, poor quality reception & cold breakfasts. The place looks tired and find it hard to believe has 4 star rating. Would not recommend or stay again
