The hotel was centrally located and made it very easy to get around the city. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff was incredibly attentive. In particular, my daughter forgot her wallet at the hotel on the last day when we left for the airport and Giles from the staff went out of his way to make sure he found it, held on to it ,and drove it to the airport. The staff are what make the hotel special - they are extraordinarily considerate, thoughtful, helpful and so pleasant to deal with. You always feel really welcome and looked after here. We were especially spoilt as it was my husband's birthday - very thoughtful touches which we hugely appreciated. Breakfast is good and the room extremely comfortable and very clean. The rooms are also very quiet - you are well cushioned from any noise from other guests. The location is good too, and Hogarth Road is quiet so you can have the window open at night without disturbance. We took our 4 month old son with us, as I was still breastfeeding, and we needed a bath (for the explosions that often happens with our son) our room only had a shower. I asked at reception on the second day if we could move to a room with a bath if available. They went out of their way to help up and gave us this upgrade for free. They gave us time to pack up and they came to help us move. They moved the cot from the first room to the next. I said to leave for us to make the cot up but they insisted to do it. I really cannot fault the service at all. Thank you so much. Beds were very comfortable and the amenities were good too. Photos live up to expectation (the good ones) The location was good, I heard no noise in the night, except for people going into their rooms. Firstly the location was very convenient being a few min from Earls Court. From the minute I walked into reception it was superb service all round. I was greeted at entry and check-in was a breeze. Hotel's Favorite
Our family visited London at the end of August and had a wonderful time. The hotel was centrally located and made it very easy to get around the city. Excellent all round hotel. The location was central within walking distance of Earls Court in a safe location. Staff were welcoming and couldn't be more helpful. Hotel was clean and rooms were spacious. Would highly recommend.

I booked a “superior” room at $250 for the night. I booked & paid months ahead. I was placed in a dark, windowless basement room that smelled musty. Curtain made it look like there was a window, but there wasn’t. Uneven floors & very tired looking. Bed & linens were good, but this was definitely not a “superior” $250 room. Location is fine. The lobby looks quite nice, but as soon as you head downstairs to the lower levels, the carpeting is very old and walls need repainted. Upstairs rooms might be quite different.

Good location and convenient to underground station. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Arvind, Sameer, Rencila Faheem were excellent and went beyond their way to accommodate our needs. Highly recommend to stay here.

The staff was very helpful, we arrived early and were able to leave our luggage till the room was ready. Since there are stairs to the reception we had help carrying our luggage up, which was great. The room was clean and a little bigger than what you can in London for a similar price. Only thing is that our suitcases weren't rolling on the very thick hallway carpet. Other than that I would book it again, if I need a place to stay. Last thing to mention that it won't be an option for digital nomads since the wi-fi wasn't working.

Lovely welcome from the staff on reception on arrival. We were able to leave our bags securely as it was 10am and check in wasn't until 2pm. When we arrived back after our day exploring, the staff recognised us and gave us such warm smiles. Our twin bedded room was just perfect. Clean and comfortable with a fridge, tea /coffee/biscuits /wine glasses and bottle opener and a microwave, which was fantastic after an expensive and long day in London. The shower was perfect, lovely and strong! Beds very comfortable, we had a great nights sleep and the air-conditioning was very welcome. Breakfast the next morning was just perfect. The sausages especially are worth a try ! Delicious 😋. Service, superb , discreet , yet attentive. Complimentary coffee/tea available at reception. We are looking forward to a return visit, this hotel is only a 2 minute walk from Earls Court underground station. Thank you especially to Anna, Fahrenheit, Chris and Mutahid. First off, we had a wonderful experience while staying at PGK. The staff were superb. Sameer, Maria, Mujahil and the rest of the staff were very hospitable. They never skipped a beat when providing customer service whether it’s asking for a towel, or room fan, or even plastic utensils in the middle of the night. They are all 5 stars. The hotel: it’s a little outdated(about a 3.5 star) but it was very clean and house keeping was prompt. The location is perfect! It’s about a 2 min walk from Earl’s Court station.
