Booked for 2 nights as it gives good access to all parts of London. The car parking though can be a little pricey, but car right outside so you know that it is not been left on a street. Hotel is showing signs that it is a little out dated and could do with being upgraded, but it is clean... More

We booked this hotel for a concert in Hyde Park. It was walkable, but only just. The hotel is very large. Our room wasn't huge even though it was one of the bigger ones. Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn't working so our first night wasn't great, but we were offered another room or a fan when we complained. This would... More

The hotel is centrally located in London, which is why it's not cheap. I got a deal with Hotel Exclusives on a B&B rate which made it affordable. We stayed on Saturday night (23rd July), as we had tickets for the theatre that afternoon, and wanted to make the day last. We arrived before midday and was fully prepared just... More

Arrived very early but we were welcomed by the reception and given a room immediately Very friendly and helpful. The room was good and comfortable. We had breakfast which was what might be described as average but overall would be happy to stay there again

A good hotel centrally positioned for most of London. I used when visiting the cricket and have stayed at this hotel for past 15 years. Good service and rooms are a decent size. tend to eat out locally but breakfast is excellent.

Very pleasant, stayed for 8 nights, 4 people on a business trip. Needed something close to Abbey Rd. Studios. It was a good location for our purposes. Breakfast buffet was included and we all enjoyed it. We also used the bar area to meet with our party and the gym facility.

We had a great time in this hotel in July! I had great service at the front desk. They were knowledgeable and friendly and helped me to make calls to the railway to deal with a ticket issue. While the outside of the hotel looks dated (grey concrete), the interior feels upscale and is nicely decorated. Our room was clean... More
