Generaly my stay was good except that the WC flush did not work properly and I reported this but it was not repaired. Also I slipped in the bath on the last morning whilst having a shower and fell heavily. There was no bath slip mat and I am still feeling discomfort.

Hotel's Favorite
This bit of St John's Wood is not on my usual London itinerary, as a visitor up from the country, but it really was the perfect find for accommodation for three nights, when I needed to be close to the West End and West Hampstead. Very convenient for the traveller arriving at Paddington station. ALL the staff were very friendly, welcoming and professional. The breakfasts (especially with the discount coupon obtainable from reception) were everything hotel breakfasts should be. My room was comfortable, warm, well-appointed and a happy place to spend three nights. Thanks for such a pleasant stay. I'd recommend the Danubius for anyone's visit to the capital.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We stayed with our dog, and there were lovely little extras, like a bag of treats, bowls in the room, and a dog cushion. The room and bathroom were very clean and a lovely comfortable bed.

Fantastic hotel and great staff. We had to extend our stay due to rail strikes and Joey & Edina made the experience all the better by sorting the extra night and arranging everything to make our stay enjoyable. All the staff we encountered were polite, helpful and accommodating.

I was in a group, but from the start was looked after. The staff were mostly very good indeed (just one individual was scowling the whole time, and she was surly and unhelpful). The concierge helped by booking a taxi, and the gentleman who was sometimes ‘maître d’ in the restaurant, recognised me from previous visits which was extremely welcoming.

Large room, great bath and shower amenities. Breakfast was good, lots of pastries. As someone who's allergic to pineapple I really appreciated it not being mixed in with the other fruit. Labels on the juice would be helpful though. All the staff were lovely, super kind and helpful.

We had booked a Deluxe King room for one night, but on arrival were happy to hear we had been upgraded to a suite on the 10th floor. The room was perfect and the location was great for our trip to the West End theater that evening. The following morning we enjoyed walking to Abbey Road studios and exploring Regent's Park. Staff were helpful and friendly and the bar served a great late night cocktail.

We had a good stay, 2 adults 1 9yo. Air-conditioning wasn't working so moved rooms. Staff were amazing from the start and thought our stay. Staff make hotels. Toby was excellent in checking us in. Food was great. Breakfast had a great selection and good value. But need to invest in a new toaster.

All good. Like the location and public transportation near. Staff was good and helpfull, directions and services. Breakfast was very good with several choices. Room very clean and quiet. A lack of french channet on TV but it's okay.
