The fire alarm went off several times. Last night it went off at 1 AM, the front desk would not answer and the tv message said to evacuate. We shuffled downstairs in our PJ only to be told it was a false alarm. The entire staff wore emergency vests but no one Came upstairs to explain or check on the guests. The manage was “out” and the alarm went off at least 3 more times. This went on for more than an hour, no one could sleep and one family with 3 small children packed up and left the hotel at 2am for safety. The staff did nothing but stare blankly at us. This was one of the worse experiences I have had at a hotel, we were not able to get any reasonable sleep and today we are exhausted and grouchy. The staff has taken the approach of ignoring the event and has not offered any explanation or even suggested they were sorry of the inconvenience. I will be contacting the tour we booked through to advise how poorly they have treated their guests. However this does not change a loss vacation day.

We had our Church annual meeting at the hotel for two days, the meeting room has all the accessories needed to run the meeting. The support team was very cooperative: thanks to Diana, Zain, Nadir, Joel, Bahroom, Soheil and Flavia. The food quality is second to none, Thanks to Chef Pradipta. It definitely worths to run important meetings at this premise.

Hosted at an event here. The hospitality team was wonderful, including Diana, Zain, Nadir, Joel, Flavia, Bahroom and Soheil, looking after us on Saturday and Sunday. Chef Pradipta also took special attention to our dietary needs and prepared delicious sandwiches.

Hotel rooms are tired and in need of refurbishment. Bathrooms dirty and cracked tiles. Generally unpleasant room. Reception staff friendly but could do with some training on professionalism. Wouldn't stay here again as have stayed in better hotels in London. Location is excellent.

I should have believed the bad reviews on this site! We checked in around 10am and asked for an early check-in after a 10 hour flight from the U.S. I was told my room was ready and I could check in early... for 100 pounds! We were desperate so we did it. But, it's such a money grab from a corporate-owned hotel. The worst part about this hotel is how dirty everything is. I'm not usually that fussy about that stuff... but you can tell cleanliness is not a priority. From the elevator doors, the windows in the room, the bathroom floor.. hair (that was NOT mine) in the shower drain. This place is bad. The very few good points: location is super close to the Tube station (but there are a few other hotels that are just as close) most employees were doing their best and the breakfast buffet was OK.. but very crowded. On our last day, a large convention arrived and we waited 5-10 minutes for an elevator (there are 6 of them) Thank goodness we only had to put up with that for a day. The hotel is also very dated.. (if you care about such things and is dire need of an update!) I've stayed at Bailey's hotel (which is also owned by Millenium hotels) a few times right next door and it's so much nicer. There is also a Hilton Double Tree on Cromwell Rd. close by that looks way nicer.

Felt like a VIP from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We arranged a group to come and stay for Remembrance Weekend as we were involved in the parade. We were well supported pre our event, during and also after. The staff were attentive and couldn't have done anymore to make our group feel so relaxed and welcome. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everywhere was clean and well appointed. Brekafast was delicious and with so much choice. We couldn't fault our experience.

Today we celebrated our anniversary with afternoon tea at the hotel. What a fantastic experience we had, We were welcomed by the team and offered such a wonderful selection of sandwiches, scones and cakes. Kiran, Hemanth, Gohar and Adheel were exceptional, ensuring everything was catered for yet discreet in their service. Nothing was too much trouble and my request for no fish was adhered to without fuss. We cannot thank them enough for making our day special and highly recommend here to all.

I am wheelchair bound. I would like to thank Mr. Dako, at the concierge who helped me into the car yesterday. Attentive and caring. He lifted me up and placed me gently in my Merc. Thank you Mr. Dako.
