I do stay at hotels for different reasons including work ,conferences and holidays. I stay at the Millennium Hotel Gluocester Road often , last time was in April because I was setting European Board exam . Hotel Manager Chris was very helpful and tried his best to make my stay comfortable. Also , staff were professional ,polite .I had an issue with the shower hot water and the Electric Heater during my last stay ,which was one off , but they addressed them efficiently. Thank you to Chris and to all staff . I would highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely continue to visit again on regular basis .
Hotel staff are very courteous and do their best to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Rooms are clean and well furnished, food is decent and facilities modern. We were here during quarantine and this is especially good considering the alternatives!!
My husband and I quarantined at this hotel for 10 days and it was a great experience overall. The staff are very friendly, helpful and always smiling. Chris Van Dam is the hotel manager who made sure we had a comfortable stay. He is very approachable, patient and always happy to help. Our hotel room was clean, spacious and the food was of good quality. Overall great experience and we would definitely recommend the hotel for a holiday / staycation. Sameera
10 days hotel quarantine was an experience to remember. The room was spacious with amenities and very much comfortable for couple. Hotel staff were very attentive,friendly and helpful especially Denzel Rodrigues who helped guiding us about how the process of quarantine works with regards to meal order slips, explaining the day 2 and day 8 test and also about the checkout procedure. Denzel is an asset to the company. The food was great and constantly delivered on time , we enjoyed. Thanks to the entire team of the hotel aswell.
My family members returned to Uk from India and had to quarantine in this hotel on two separate occasions, which was a very distressing time for them all,but after contacting the manager Chris VanDam he went the extra mile and made sure both families were comfortable and had everything they needed,on arrival there was only English food available! But within 24 hours after speaking with Chris he had turned things around and an Indian menu was available every day for them, considering the pressure he was under with guest arriving daily on quarantine basis only nothing was a problem for him. Thank you Chris,I would be more than happy to stay at your hotel once everything is back to normal and restrictions are lifted. Loraine
