This hotel is in a great location. It is a huge hotel with over 800 rooms and gets very very busy. The cosy rooms really are cosy even for London and I would suggest that they are single rooms really. One side of the bed will be against the wall. There is always a ridiculous queue at the check in...

This is the 2nd time I stayed at this hotel. I had the same room as before but they must have replaced the previous mattress. I was amazed in the massive improvement in comfort and I had a great night's sleep. The single room I had was cosy, warm and quiet. And even the showerhead was turned against the wall,...

Positives: great location loads to see near by and plenty of restaurants. We found the rooms large enough, clean, beds good quality and comfortable. Breakfast was hot, a good choice staff willing to help and courteous. Doorman, concierge very helpful nothing to much trouble. Found most staff a credit to the hotel. Comfortable lounge area and good cakes and snacks...

Dear holidytramps, I was surprised, given how highly you have rated us for our rooms, service, value for money, and everything else, that you scored us, overall, as 1 star. But I equally appreciate that if you have been walking around London, being prevented from enjoying a hard earned rest by a noisy cleaning team is not ideal and would...

This hotel was chosen for us by the meeting organizers as it was within walking distance from our meeting venue (in Pall Mall). It is also within walking distance of Covent Garden, which made getting to the hotel from Heathrow Airport quite convenient (just take the Piccadilly line). It is on a busy street, with many restaurants, theaters and shops....

I have spoken to my restaurant staff about your comment concerning the tables. I know this to be a rare lapse from...

A hotel in the perfect spot for my visit. Single room however was pretty basic for the price paid - expected better. Appreciated the nespresso machine and pods but overall the room was dull and a bit disappointing against my expectations.

A beutiful hotel and perfect location. Friendly staff, clean rooms. We really enjoyed our stay. Make sure to have breakfast, and visit the bar for a drink and a small meal. In my opinion: The best hotel in London.

Excellent location for everything you may want to do in London from shopping, culture visits, theatres and amenities . If you are a good walker you can go on foot from the City to central London . Excellent food, very comfortable bedrooms, very friendly and welcoming staff.

The hotel is well located for the Westminster tourist attractions. However, I was on a business trip and selected a single room (to minimise cost). The room was no larger than modern student accommodation and I found myself describing it as a rabbit hutch! Other than that the room safe was faulty (but I did not have time to get...
