Centrally located, a short walk to the Tube, walking distance from a number of tourist sites, the Rosewood London is a real gem to behold. Staff are without exception friendly, courteous, and helpful. Our room was lovely - spacious, bright, and comfortable. One issue for us was that the thermostat didn’t seem to work properly in the room. We set it at 19 degrees but the room temp never went below 22 degrees. However, the issue might have been easily resolved had we asked about it (our issue since we didn’t report it). We would happily stay here again.
Stayed at the Rosewood which was fabulous. What a lovely hotel, our arrival under the arch of the building with the beautiful outside garden bars to both your right and left are lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful and our room was superb and spotlessly clean and super comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, food beautifully presented, well cooked and well presented with friendly and efficient staff. We will definitely return.
Gorgeous spaces, but the intimate scale suggested visiting the home of your chic, fun billionaire aunt rather than a stuffy hotel. Breakfasts were divine, the location was convenient but not hectic and the drinks at the gin bar were 🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻. Friendly and accommodating staff. As an extra bonus, Roger Waters of Pink Floyd was arriving as we were leaving.;)
Luxury, character and flair with a top class team. I have stayed at the Rosewood over six times in the last few years and it never disappoints. It hits the mark on the opulent entrance that makes you feel you are entering a countryside manor even when you are in central London. The rooms are some of the largest in London and extremely comfortable. Room service, Scarfs bar and hotel restaurants are all impeccable. Their world class team always go above and beyond. I have stayed at several other 5 star properties in London but I always come back to the Rosewood. Simply, nothing compares. My home away from home when here.
We - a family of father, mother, and 5 year old boy - had a wonderful stay at Rosewood London. Hotel reception, Fatima in particular, was flexible, accommodative, and made our stay in the hotel comfortable and memorable. Concierge, Mustafa in particular, was helpful and thoughtful as we came in and out of the hotel. Thank you Rosewood, we'll come again
Stayed on a Friday night in March and wow, what a stay. The valet / concierge that greeted us in the car were amazing. Fantastic greeting. We went through to reception and weee checked in to a fantastic suite. The check in was seamless and when we entered we were blown away. Room was so spacious and absolutely spotless. Fantastic amenities in the room and the room made us feel at home with comfy furnishings. We had some drinks in the Holborn bar and once again the staff were fantastic, great selection of drinks and drinks served with really good snacks. Had breakfast the next morning in the mirror room. Has to be one of the best breakfasts ever had. Wonderfull fruit platter breakfast and a full English. Superb quality and taste. Staff and service outstanding. Upon checkout reception were once again brilliant and the concierge / valet on departing the hotel could not of been any better. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. We will be back soon.…
Effortlessly amazing as usual!! Lovely warm welcome from the Porters and Front Of House Team. It was really great to be back!! Beautifully appointed room on the top floor with views of The Shard. A quick bite to eat in Holborn Dining, great service and food (Shrimp burger was great). Out across London for the rest of the day to then return back to the best sleep experience London has to offer!! zzzzzzzz Still London's finest hotel in my opinion. Look forward to returning soon.
Despite living in London, my husband and I stayed here for a night to celebrate my birthday. Our room was lovely with an exceptionally comfy bed and fantastic turn down service from staff. Lovely attention to detail and a birthday patisserie delivered to the room. Wonderful breakfast and very kind and attentive staff. Only disappointment was I'd emailed in advance to ask if I needed to book Scarfe's bar to be told no (which was wrong) and on the evening it was fully booked. If you do want a drink there - my advice is to book - it was rammed. Otherwise - a lovely stay.
I’ve stayed at the world’s best hotels. I can say without reservation that my stay in Londonderry rosewood was exceptional. All luxury hotels pretty much get the big stuff right. The rosewood gets the small details right! I will always stay at the rosewood moving forward full stop
My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Rosewood London in Holborn! Hotel: - The lobby is classy, cozy, modern, warm, and inviting. Room: - Very comfortable beds/pillows - Single bed for child was perfect - Bathroom was clean and products were great Location: - Great location, 10min walk to Covent Garden Kid's Service: - Upon check in, kids receive a passport (cute game during their stay), activity book was a nice perk - There was a stuffed animal, toiletries and a bathrobe waiting for my child on his rollaway bed, he loved them. - Staff were very accommodating to our child, Anna won his heart :) Service: - Reception, concierge, doormen, room service were friendly, personable and all around great people. Special shout out to Lucia at concierge who helped me so much. Cons: - The Holborn Dining Room was disappointing (other review), I wouldn't recommend eating there. - Scarfes Bar (other review), expect to pay a lot for drinks, wasn't worth it in my opinion. I would recommend this hotel…
