We chose this hotel having been ever so impressed by their Beijing property and The Rosewood London didnt disappoint. We took two rooms 148 and 518. Both rooms were well appointed and very tastefully if a touch sparsly finished. The walls in particular were bare painted and showed some signs of a tightening budget on what must have been a...

Overall, very good. Immediately happy to see Pearl, the hotel dog, in the lobby! Room was nice and everyone was very welcoming and helpful. We had a few small issues, but nothing that would deter us from coming again. Not great service in the Holborn Grill, but the food was good.

My wife and I stayed in the Rosewood London for 3 nights in February, and it was a wonderful stay in such a luxurious property. From the check-in experience, Rodrigo had such a warm welcome for us and showed us to our rooms while briefly explaining the amenities. Although our Grand Executive room was next to the service room where...

Romantic weekend that was made more special by the attention shown by all the employees. I really enjoyed the breakfast in the Mirror the first morning, the second morning we decided to try the Holborn and it did not end well. We waited 25 minutes for an omelette and avocado toast, we ended up leaving without tasting it and with...

Fabulous location - close to the tube, waitrose and Starbucks. It seemed this hotel caters more to business travelers but we still loved it as leisure travelers. Superior service and we fell in love with Pearl, the resident pup. Staff went above and beyond, from sewing on a lost coat button to accommodating allergies when ordering room service (the lobster...

Beautiful and elegant colonial style hotel conveniently located in High Holborn. The rooms were comfortable and luxurious, the service impeccable, and a fantastic hotel bar with delicious cocktails. The place to stay at whether for business or leisure.

Years ago, my car mechanic accidentally left a wrench on my engine and, after driving away from his shop, it fell and disabled my engine. He immediately drove to pick me up, gave me his car, fixed mine and swapped cars over night so mine was in my driveway the next morning. He also waived the bill on my previous...

My wife booked us a quick overnight stay in March for my birthday and the Rosewood was just as good again as it was when we first stayed in 2016. Again, we were upgraded and this time the room was on a higher floor which had a great view out over London. The Rosewood just has a lovely feel about...

“You might want to ask for the heating to be adjusted. We found the room very warm and had to have the heating turned down by the engineer, as it was unable to be lowered by us (silly!). Otherwise, no major issues with the room.”
