I have stayed at the this hotel a few times. This is always an excellent place to stay. The service is excellent, the breakfast is excellent and the rooms are very comfortable. The hotel is just across the street from the Marylebone tube and train station. The station has everything you need from small snacks, atm machines, a Marks and...

I have stayed at The Landmark a few times and I cannot fault my experiences. The hotel is exquisite and rarely can you experience true grandeur and a feeling of being lost in time combined with every modern amenity. The atrium is stunning and whilst enjoying true fine dining we were enchanted by an exceptional harp player. This is one...

- Worst room stayed - near buses and subways and vibrating noises from street - Management handles problems poorly and does not address them. All he says is 'I am terribly sorry' (at least 5 times the night we checked in, and again when we checked out 7 hours later in the morning) - we asked for ear plugs which...

My experience with the hotel room and restaurant was brilliant but I have to say, as a regular goer to the spa, I was appauled. Firstly, when I got there I was greeted by a woman that spoke broken english to the point I couldn't understand a word. She then only seemed to have one of our two reservations (we...

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to outline your recent experience at our hotel. I stayed at the Landmark for 2 nights. All I can say is that this hotel is top of the line. Room was beautiful, hotel location is great being directly in front of Marylebone Station, and service was exceptional. I would recommend without any hesitation.

I stayed in the Landmark for two nights in April. The public spaces are quite nice and the room was great. The Landmark is like many luxury hotels. Here is my slight beef--the hotel nickles and dimes you (for the British that is "put under strain by a lot of little expenses" or being cheap). The maid service did not...

Staying in Marylebone

Neighborhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighborhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
