Great hotel within walking distance of the Tower of London and public transport. Easy walking distance to great restaurants and Tesco express. Room was quite large by London standards with an extremely comfortable king size bed and tea & coffee making facilities. Bathroom was well equipped with fresh towels daily and a powerful shower. The staff were very helpful and...

We had breakfast in both restaurants so we had 2 different morning views. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and very tasty. Check in was quick and easy and even though we were a...

Fabulous location and excellent view of Bridge and The Shard from our room (439). Appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine for my birthday too - a nice surprise. Good location for the Tower of London, London Bridge, St Katharine's Dock. We even managed to walk to the London Eye from here (about 50 minutes.) Breakfast was served in a spacious...

We requested a room with a view of Tower Bridge and this made our stay extra special. The room was excellent, the bed was super comfortable and staff were attentive. We received good customer service from the concierge when we used the left luggage service and when I had to retrieve an item left behind. The only criticism is that...

Beds very comfortable bathroom small but absolutely fine for a weekend break. Did not have breakfast but used the Starbucks next door which was fine. A Tesco express is nearby and the...
