Stayed here for my 65th birthday this hotel is exceptional spotless lovely room with views from our window of the tower bridge Breakfast was lovely nice staff I don't understand why there are so many vindictive people giving this hotel bad reviews probably just to be spiteful The standard at the hotel is first class the staff professional and courteous Tower hotel you should be proud of what you give to customers And ignore the haters

The obvious thing with this place is the location and view - if you get a room at the front. But the exterior is very 70s concrete, and the interior only partly updated. Our aircon didn't work, niggling things like the iron and wardrobe light too. But the only really bad experience was the bars. "The Lawn" is a complete rip-off, with £7.50 for a 125ml glass of Prosecco, and £25 for the weakest, watery jug of Pimms I've ever had. "Vicinity" was rather chaotic, tried to get a table but the staff didn't seem to know what was happening and some manager bloke swung in and took us to a table, but then ignored. So left. Expect better in such a big hotel.

Had a wonderful stay with my partner at the Tower Hill Hotel and wanted to thank all the staff for the warm and welcoming atmosphere. First of all, the room with the bridge view is an experience on its own. Being in the heart of London, having The Tower Bridge, the river, and The Shard in one view brings that London feeling to a new level. The staff was super friendly starting from reception to the bar and restaurant. Big smiles and sweet wishes really made our stay special. Thanks guys, keep making people happy!

Excellent welcome on arrival, very comfortable room (no view available but we still had a lovely window out onto the Thames heading east) and a superb location. Appreciate that it's CoVid related but breakfast was a little chaotic, especially on the second day. Could also do with a little more signage outside for where to go on arrival. Overall a very nice stay

We stayed for two nights at the Tower Hotel in early June in the gorgeous weather. Our room had a lovely view of the Thames and the Tower Bridge. St. Katherine Dock is delightful. The service at the hotel was second to none, we are very grateful to Ayman for going above and beyond his duty in looking after us. All the staff are so helpful and want to make your stay memorable. We loved the room, the bed was so comfortable and the pillows too! The food in the restaurant was excellent and the staff very careful in the current covid situation. As mentioned the location is great and we will recommend without hesitation. Thank you The Tower Hotel!
