I was so impressed with the service at The Tower Hotel London that I have to leave this thanks here. The attendant Roberto Fernandez Obelleiro received us with so much sympathy and promptness that it deserves to be highlighted here, he provided us with a wonderful room, a Super Hyper large bed, overlooking the Pier...... Very happy with our stay, we felt at home! Thank you very much and keep it up, service 1,000! Thank you Roberto!

Stayed at the Tower for two nights and it was superb. Rooms are a bit small but is common in London . Although still during Covid, staff made a huge effort to be hospitable and make me feel welcome. I was given a superb room, breakfast was great and the view was stunning.

We had a 2 night B&B midweek stay using a special Offer at £100 per night. Great value for money. Had a fab bridge and river view. Breakfast you pick what you want but is plated by the staff and Luke warm at best. All staff very polite. I even had a brittle of wine waiting in the bedroom for my birthday. Enjoyed our stay

Stayed here for 2 nights. Got to hotel really early (lunchtime) even though check in wasn’t until 3pm Roberto let us check in early- lovely man. He then gave us a free upgrade to tower bridge view. Oh my goodness, what a view. We said Thankyou as it was a suprise trip for my daughters birthday so he then upgraded us again to an executive suite with complimentary mini bar. He really made our stay special right away. Thankyou so much. The suite was lovely and clean. The beds very comfortable and the towels so fluffy and soft. Iron and hairdryer in room and complimentary toiletries. We ate at the Vicinity restaurant and food was lovely and very reasonable. We had breakfast both mornings. Very well organised and food plentiful and hot. Full English and also small continental breakfast available. Plenty of bars in St Katherines dock and close to Tower Hill underground and also London Bridge underground. Perfect base for sightseeing and would definitely recommend the hotel and we will be back. Thankyou for a wonderful stay
