Good location if you prefer to stay close to the river and docks. From the outside the hotels looks like some cold war era east european agency building, but the interior is better. Not too much of bars and restaurants close by. If you are planning to explore Greenwich, I suggest to take a boat service from Tower Bridge, close...

We stayed on a theatre package over the weekend and was very happy, the room was very nice only downside was no air conditioning in room but they brought us a fan up immediately. The breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice for everyone. The views from the hotel are stunning especially in the evening with the tower bridge lit...

We stay here most times when we visit London as the location is superb and we are never disappointed. The hotel is run very efficiently with a staff that are primed to be helpful and attentive. The rooms are cleaned efficiently and unobtrusively. We noticed that the rooms appear to have been updated since we were last here - ours having...

Great hotel, just let down by inferior performance in the Executive Lounge which needs addressing as the quantity and replenishment of Sunday breakfast at peak time was poor and some American tourists got fed up with this and left the lounge.

BEST SPOT IN TOWN, I loved the area and was amazed at how much the city had changed since I had been there 10 years ago. The Tower and all the sights in the area have clean surroundings and the riverbank is inviting

Its nice to be met by so many smiling faces. Everyone was helpful, chatty, made us feel very welcome. From the booking to getting in the taxi to come home, they were lovely people in the hotel. We had dinner in the Brassiere and when the waiter found out it was my Dad's 80th birthday he made us a little...

They were happy with visit, staff, location. They only found tea coffee facilities after 24 hours in drawer, they weren't too happy at that. I ate a meal with them there, expensive they had a very average looking fish n chips, I had a tasty spaghetti bolognaise, but £14.50. Rose wine was £24. Overall they enjoyed their stay but being...

This was my first time staying on this side of London, but I was at The Tower for a conference and decided it would be a good opportunity to explore the Tower of London, Tower Bridge and further down to Greenwich. For these purposes. the location of this hotel was perfect. However, the hotel itself was just average and the...
