Excellent staff service from Komeh and Ismail on a busy business trip enabling it to run smoothly, thank you. The city location of the hotel was ideal for meetings and the location to the tube station ensured a lot of meetings were packed into a very tight schedule.
Convenient location in London City. Stations nearby, a few decent restaurants and Swingers for crazy golf. Ideal if staying for business in the area. We used it as a base for a day and night out in London. It is a 3 star, but clean and does the job needed.
Very stylish hotel. Comfortable room with plenty of space and a small kitchenette. 3 of us shared this room, one bed was a sofa bed and the other a kind size. Lovely complimentary toiletries. The hotel offered plenty of water, free tea & coffee (in the lobby) and a small gym. The staff were very friendly & accommodating.
Great location hotel, short walk from Bank. We turned up way too early for the advised 3pm check in however we used the self check in kiosk and was issued a key to our room straight away. Room is clean, bed is comfy, kettle included with Tea/coffee. Plenty of towels, very quiet considering we were the first room from the lift. On the 6th floor there is a water dispenser and plastic bottles to refill, great idea. You can gain entrance to Gaucho from in side the hotel either using the lift to the left or the stairs. Would happily stay here again.
Very nice hotel and amazing location. Nice shops and tesco market near the hotel, about a 3 minutes walk. The nearest underground stations are monument and bank. The employees are very cooperative and helpful. There is complementary coffee and water in the lobby which is wonderful and a time saver. Room and bathroom are clean, bed is comfy. As for the facilities, unfortunately there wasn’t a safe box in the room but you can get a safe box in the lobby which both you and the staff have keys to, both keys have to be present to open the safe box. And one of the rooms that we booked didn’t have a fridge which we didn’t mind at all. In regards to the quietness, we can slightly hear the doors opening from the rooms near us. Over all I would rate the hotel 9/10. Thanks to ismail and parshant .…
Stayed here for 2 nights in a 'club room' which was very dated, think 1980s decor, no view apart from another building, and very noisy with a bar I think gaucho underneath. Didn't really get much sleep as rudely awoken about 4 am both mornings with the dustbin lorries collecting bottles. Not sure what your supposed to get with a club room but the lounge area is free for anyone to use and is right by main entrance so not very inviting. Stayed in better premier inns tbh which is a shame as location is great.
Stayed here for a night for a business trip. The room(327) was so below par and everything was covered with dust from the lights to the bedside table to the TV remote it actually really grossed me out. The view from the hotel window is at the back of some building and the window looks like it's not been cleaned since the fire of London. The girl I spoke to at reception was helpful and swapped my room to #204. The second room was clean with a street view but I really don't think this is anywhere near a 4* hotel. I've stayed in nicer premier inns. I would not recommend this hotel based on this experience.
Decent enough hotel. Water and free coffee supplied in lobby. Rooms are a bit dreary, but they’re perfectly clean, functional and comfortable. Air-con in room worked well and the shower was good. This stay was given to me for free to make up for a previous stay, during which I encountered several problems. I’m happy to say that things were much better this time. I’d stay here again as a convenient place to sleep after a night out in London, or if travelling for work. I wouldn’t recommend as a romantic booking for a couple, for example.
The hotel cleanliness was great and i like the check in and check out function it was easy to understand. The location is a bit far from the city center 1h walk if you don’t know how to take subway or bus. But overall it was a nice place to stay at
My partner and I stayed at Club Quarters when he was in London for work, so the area, being a business district, was very convenient as it was close to his office. It was also only a short walk to either Monument or Bank station, so I was able to explore London quite freely using the metro. Dinner options in this area were quite scarce, so we tended to venture out of the area to dine. Having stayed during COVID times, there was not regular room servicing, which we understood. To have your room serviced, you had to request it, which was fine, but upon requesting it in the morning, we were told that they couldn’t service our room until tomorrow. It wasn’t a huge hotel, so it was a bit disappointing that they couldn’t facilitate that. I requested some fresh towels in the meantime which were thrown onto the desk when we returned home that evening. In our 5-night stay, we also had a strange (fire?) alarm go off twice early in the mornings. Unsure if this was a mistake or an actual alarm, but the constant long beep that lasted 4-5 minutes was quite annoying. On a more positive note, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable!…
