Booked a superior apartment for a family of five. Apartment was spacious: two rooms separated by french doors with a king bed and two pull out sofa beds, two bathrooms, kitchenette and two tvs... It’s a real challenge to find a great hotel to accommodate a family of five, the Thistle Marble Arch ticks all the boxes...

Booked this through a work system, it's really central, literally 2 mins from marble arch tube and selfridges...

To top things off, we went for breakfast (to pay for) in the franchised Costa next to reception, where my son asked for one of their waffles from their speciality ‘wafflemeister’ machine only to be told it wasn’t working... 🤦🏻‍♂️ Suffice to say I won’t be rushing back!...

The Stay was ok, however, when you're paying the amount that they ask for and in the booking it says that you get complimentary things, it doesn't happen or well it didn't for our stay... If they ask you if you want to upgrade to a room with a view on Oxford Street or Hyde Park, I would suggest saying no as the windows are that filthy you can't really see out of them when the sun is shining, plus we had workman outside on the street banging away at 7am...

...I also asked if I could choose something off the menu with breakfast being included and I was told yes - don’t, it’s not free. Only the buffet breakfast is included - the buffet breakfast was very good though!...

And to not accommodate the inconvenience with even just a slight gesture is the reason I will never book any hotel in this chain again...

I made a reservation for 5 night at your hotel from October8 to 13th... She replied that since my arrival is in less than two days then I might have to pay one of the two nights that I wanted to cancel... He said that I had to pay the first two nights that I missed... He took that paper and look at it, hesitated for few seconds then said "sorry I can't do anything for you, you still have to pay all 5 nights" I had no other choice...

They brought out the birthday cake and they all sang Happy Birthday ... Most people were too full to eat the cake so the staff boxed up pieces of cake for my guests to take home ... ...I was serving as a chaperone for over 200 students traveling to London to perform in the London New Year's Day Parade, and we were very lucky to be placed at the Thistle London Marble Arch. We stayed for a week at the hotel with our large group of students, and from beginning to end, the staff were absolutely amazing... The hotel managers we interacted with were all top notch... They were patient, attentive, and incredibly professional all the way through... The catering team was also a step above... To say that Aron and his team went above and beyond would be a huge understatement... We had a number of students needing dietary restriction accommodations, and the catering staff did a pro level job of making sure those students had hearty food to fill them up, while also paying mind to keeping allergy items separate to avoid cross contamination... Us chaperones were in a slump while chaperoning the New Year's Eve party our students were enjoying within one of the hotel ballrooms, and Aron saw to it that a tray of coffees were sent our way... These folks are really setting the bar for what great customer service looks like... The maintenance and cleaning staff were also very on top of things where the rooms were concerned... I can't understate how much easier the fantastic staff at Thistle Marble Arch made our entire experience... Walking distance to literally anything you could want...

I had an excellent stay at the Thistle Marble Arch. I was managing a large tour group staying at the hotel, and felt supported throughout the week by the amazing staff team... Aron and Natalia were particularly helpful and really deserve a shoutout... Communication was great throughout, they usually responded almost instantly to any queries/requests and were remarkably flexible... Natalia got every rooming issue sorted rapidly and Aron bent over backwards to make sure everybody was catered for... Extra hospitality didn't go unnoticed by our guests, and I really appreciated the extra support from the staff during the week... It was lovely to come back to a clean, comfortable room at the end of each day... All these little touches, in addition to how well they dealt with the group, meant that it was by far the best hotel experience I've had in my five years of working as a tour assistant...

...The technical team that came to help replace the damaged fridge were very helpful, apologetics and we felt their genuine concern for us regarding our juices and drinks... We called them again and they came with the 3rd fridge and tonight we found out that it was on but the drinks were not chilled... not working still?... 2) As mentioned above, the mini bar items were not replenished and even after we called reception/ house keeping the following days these items were all still not refilled... 4) Customer service in general was very poor... At the front desk, everyone seemed busy and not interested in servicing customers... Lastly, the tone and attitude of the service crew were horrible...aloft would be the term i would use... 5) we tried to call for housekeeping/ room service/ reception and front desk during one of the nights (9 or 10pm ish) and there was no answer... all these different departments... we tried again 30 mins and still nothing...

...We had clogged sink, maintenance was very efficient. Receptionist Elena was great and helpful... Breakfast was so so, pastries were dry and cold, would be nice to actually have someone making coffee, not machines...

I asked if they had gf pizza, hot chocolate and breakfast items and also if the mini bar could have gf treats... I received an email back from Chris saying yes to all of this and that they will take care of everything... Chris stayed in touch with me via email a lot and answered any queries I had... The hotel was so handy for hyde park which is just over the road and the cherry on the cake was my son could have a gluten free pizza on room service (which we haven't ever been able to do before) when we got back to the hotel about 10.30 at night... Chris also arranged for a gluten free cake to be left in the room for my sons birthday which was a lovely surprise for him when we got back... We decided to have breakfast downstairs so I could speak to the chef and have a fresh plate made in the kitchen rather than risk any cross contamination... As soon as I mentioned it to the girl at the desk she went and got the chef for me who came straight out and asked what he would like... The staff also gave me the allergen file to look at... I only caught the name of Raphael who was lovely and got me the hot chocolate packaging to just make sure it was gluten free... Also I want to thank the man from concierge who got our cases when we were leaving... He got us a taxi outside to the station and was really lovely and friendly and wouldn't accept the tip we tried to give him... We had a fantastic stay in London and would recommend the hotel to everyone especially any coeliacs or anyone with coeliac children who understand its the little things of being included that matter...

It was my daughters birthday whilst we were there and the breakfast staff came with a plate with small cake treats and a teddy for her and her cousin... The hotel has a costa coffee inside and is open for 1 in the morning and a handy little shop with essentials: All the staff were brilliant...

This is our new go-to London hotel!... Anastasia at the front desk was friendly and clearly explained all info we needed to know perfectly, including the complimentary snacks and drinks from 5-7pm... I was greeted with a glass of prosecco and the kids a refreshing orange juice... Our room was spacious and clean perfect for a family of 4... The housekeeper who came to fix our sofa bed couldn't do enough for us, did we mention the complimentary drinks and snacks in the mini bar?... The breakfast was delicious and the wait staff was super attentive, wouldn't even get this kind of service in a michelin starred restaurant... The hotel itself had a little gift shop, Costa coffee and Wafflemeister which the kids loved... The location is near Oxford Street great for shopping...

The breakfasts are very varied and very well attended, very spacious rooms and well-stocked with coffee maker, iron, etc. <very friendly, attentive and correct staff... Acceptable mini bar free of charge, as well as "afternoon tea" in a cozy room well stocked with everything...

...Good location overlooking Oxford Street but not noisy because of the double glass installation. in the room, the mini bar is complementary which contains two regular Coke and two Diet Coke... Also, there’s tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and there is a Nespresso machine and they provide you with the capsules too... also, they provide you with bottles of still bottles of water... everyone who works at the hotel are very helpful whenever I ask for extra things towels, water, pillows, or anything they provide... nevertheless, their booking rate it’s very convenient...

Every year we come here at different times of the year and always find the same pleasant atmosphere as usual inside and around this hotel. Very good breakfast, nice lounge bar and very warm rooms... good service from housekeeping and Mr. Samir, who helps us with his support, who is always kind and friendly...

...I expressed to the lady on the phone my only disappointment is now we would have to spend money catching Ubers/taxis most places as we’re no longer walking distance away from certain things we have booked and that I don’t feel like we should be out of pocket... To be quite honest I would of been happy with free breakfast or parking, just something to accommodate the fact we would know be spending around £80 on travel we wouldn’t of had to spend at the other hotel...

The room is comfortable, clean ,and the services are excellent. The staff were welcoming, specially Mr. Samir who was really friendly, very helpful., and made us feel home... He never hesitated calling him at any time to provide us with suplements or if there were any complanits, he made sure he provided us with necessary items and resolve any issues on the spot...

The elevators and entryway escalator were malfunctioning... That is due to the amazing hospitality we received... The staff accommodated us as a family and made sure to fulfill our requests... This was especially true in the breakfast area where we received great service despite the crowdedness... Thank you to Pinkesh especially for helping us get all the coffee we would ever need... The food was good, the service was good, and the omelette bar was spectacular...

I had an excellent stay at the Thistle Marble Arch... Communication was great throughout, they usually responded almost instantly to any queries/requests and were remarkably flexible... Natalia got every rooming issue sorted rapidly and Aron bent over backwards to make sure everybody was catered for... Extra hospitality didn't go unnoticed by our guests, and I really appreciated the extra support from the staff during the week... It was lovely to come back to a clean, comfortable room at the end of each day... All these little touches, in addition to how well they dealt with the group, meant that it was by far the best hotel experience I've had in my five years of working as a tour assistant...

...Us chaperones were in a slump while chaperoning the New Year's Eve party our students were enjoying within one of the hotel ballrooms, and Aron saw to it that a tray of coffees were sent our way... The maintenance and cleaning staff were also very on top of things where the rooms were concerned... Aside from the wonderful staff, the location is absolutely fabulous... Walking distance to literally anything you could want... Having the coffee shop inside was also a really nice bonus...

...2) As mentioned above, the mini bar items were not replenished and even after we called reception/ house keeping the following days these items were all still not refilled... 5) we tried to call for housekeeping/ room service/ reception and front desk during one of the nights (9 or 10pm ish) and there was no answer...

The hotel is centrally located with all the shops and close to the subway. The breakfast was excellent and we had a very nice breakfast lady (Soumia) who was very attentive and refilled our tea cups (especially for tea addicts like us)...

...I emailed this hotel to see if they could cater for himas this is all I'm concerned about when booking a hotel... I asked if they had gf pizza, hot chocolate and breakfast items and also if the mini bar could have gf treats... We stayed in a superior apartment and it was amazing... Beautiful room with lots of space... The hotel was so handy for hyde park which is just over the road and the cherry on the cake was my son could have a gluten free pizza on room service (which we haven't ever been able to do before) when we got back to the hotel about 10.30 at night... Chris also arranged for a gluten free cake to be left in the room for my sons birthday which was a lovely surprise for him when we got back... We decided to have breakfast downstairs so I could speak to the chef and have a fresh plate made in the kitchen rather than risk any cross contamination... He had scrambled eggs, fried eggs, bacon, beans and 2 pieces of bread... Also I want to thank the man from concierge who got our cases when we were leaving... We had a fantastic stay in London and would recommend the hotel to everyone especially any coeliacs or anyone with coeliac children who understand its the little things of being included that matter...

...Pros Extremely clean room, housekeeping do an excellent job. Room is spacious (King room)... Complimentary soft drinks (when they remember to give you them)... Wall mounted TV has HDMI extender... Large window so gets plenty of light... Complimentary water means a lot of plastic, would benefit from having water fountains in hotel...

We had a great stay for 8 nights in Thistle Marble Arch. Fair breakfast selection and the staff are very friendly, especially Amare and Haneen (from Tunisia)... They took extra miles in finding butter for my girl, serving hot milk for her, etc... Thanks to concierge team too especially Terrance and Abdul for taking good care of our luggage during check in and check out...

Excellent service provided by Anastasia... She also kindly did a free room upgrade for me which was greatly appreciated... Breakfast was also very good with fresh omlette prepared in minutes in front of you...

Booked a superior apartment for a family of five. Apartment was spacious: two rooms separated by french doors with a king bed and two pull out sofa beds, two bathrooms, kitchenette and two tvs... Having complimentary in-room beverages is a nice touch... Great location (right on Oxford St.) for shopping, dining and sightseeing... St. Christopher’s place and Marylebone are a stone’s throw away - great for dining and shopping too... When not dining out we bought yummy prepared foods from Marks and Spencer’s downstairs food hall (a block away) - heated food up in the room’s microwave/convection oven... Complimentary full breakfast buffet and access to food/drinks in the executive lounge kept us happily fed too... It’s a real challenge to find a great hotel to accommodate a family of five, the Thistle Marble Arch ticks all the boxes...

...There are 2 layers of glass to prevent cold and noise from the busy street below... Food options for breakfast were very good although the coffee machine in the The Grill- London was not working... All in all, nice business hotel in great location...

This hotel is well located right near marble arch and seems to be extremely popular, especially with tourists from the middle east area who like to do a lot of shopping! The hotel is very close to Selfridges and the large Primark across the road seems to be popular with international guests... The room I had was excellent and a decent size for such a large hotel... The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the free drinks in the fridge... The bathroom was good and the air-conditioning was terrific!... I had a nice view over the street and the room was mostly quiet... I enjoyed the breakfast which was the usual buffet with plenty of choices...
