In a city with endless options, I will forever be grateful for serendipitously bumping (almost literally) into Jack Simpson, a guest services manager and hospitality star. I was admiring the beautiful lobby but it turns out that the most shining glamour rests in the hotel’s people… Jack helped acquaint me with hotel and local area. A frequent traveller, I was blown away by his encyclopedic knowledge of points of interest, entertainment and dining options across London. I had very specific interests for my weekend in the city and on the spot Jack suggested an incredible itinerary that met my needs perfectly and introduced me to new experiences in a city that I thought I knew well. We had a family reunion in London and with 15 people (adults and kids ) and 7 rooms in total we couldn’t wish for any better experience. I can assure you this hotel has everything you need; Great location, minutes walk to all POAs in London. Delicious food, superb pool and spa facility and it’s proximity to some of greatest restaurants and cafes in the world. Cleanliness was surpassing any standard with their recently renovated building. Above all and the best part was their amazing staff. From the very first point of contact you feel at home. Every single one of their staff had gone out of their way for us to make our stay even more comfortable. We were there during the busiest time of the year, but the service was never anything below exceptional. During their New Year’s party I made a few requests - rather complicated- and despite of their busy schedule they accommodated them all so nicely. They made a special hot milk drink with a print on it for my nieces 6th birthday. They prepared balloon and cake in a matter of minutes and kids had the time of their life) They helped the senior members with their airport trip from hotel all the way to the gate at the airport. Concierge was so on point with our requests. They did manage to secure our restaurant bookings despite of our large number. And they always had great suggestions for every occasion we enquire for. From the second we arrived at The Carlton Tower we were treated like royalty. The team could not have been friendlier, more helpful and we were swept up to a stunning junior suite enjoying views over the gardens. Part of the reason of our trip was a birthday celebration, and in the room were stunning balloons, a birthday cake, fruit bowl and even more delicious treats. Room service was delivered promptly & was delicious. The Peak Fitness club is incredible too!

I always stay in the Carlton Tower when in London. The hotel is maintained to a high standard, is well presented and spotless. Staff are attentive and offer a personalised service. The peak health club with huge pool and skyline gym are a key reason to check in. My family enjoyed spending time in exclusive Cadogan gardens. Food is delicious (I had two breakfast croissants!) and everything you can think of is provided in a well thought out way. Balcony views over London are incredible.

Location is superb. Hotel is very clean with a professional staff. Rooms are spacious with all the modern facilities. E Butler service is really impressive. Hotel has a very good size swimming pool. 25 Meter I think.

As always, it’s the staff that make the experience. Service levels are exceptional, nothing is too much trouble. They’re in an area of London with a lot of ‘very nice’ hotels, and still manage to stand out. I've been back home and can't stop thinking about our most luxurious stay at the Carlton Tower Jumeirah - an exceptional and blissful oasis in the best location in London. I've been fortunate to have stayed in many luxurious hotels around the world, including the Jumeirah in Dubai, and honestly, this hotel stands out the most. There are so many touches and nice surprises that I don't know where to start. Upon arrival the check-in was truly seamless. We were greeted by the most wonderful hosts - Emre and Alexis. They could not have been nicer, friendlier, more professional - hospitality was their second nature- true stars. They took us to our suite which was stunning- beautifully decorated with the most breathtaking view of the green park. We absolutely loved it and didn't want to venture out. There were so many personalized touches which we loved- a Scrabble greeting which spelled out our names - bite sized delicious treats by the world-renowned pastry chef. I only wish our names were longer (I may need to have a middle name for my next visit). And to top off, we had personalized slippers with our initials and keys, and also mouth watering macarons and a beautiful assortment of fruits (some exotic ones I haven't seen since my trips to Asia). So many things stood out- beds and pillows were unbelievably luxurious and comfortable, and a great bathroom with fabulous shower (strong water pressure which was very surprising since it's not always the case in London). We especially LOVED the pool and spa-very clean and a real pleasure to go to every day. We often had the pool to ourselves and did laps and then went to the sauna and steam room. Everything was very clean and top of the line. What a lovely treat! Our breakfasts were wonderful and delicious - a fabulous selection. We loved how the staff remembered us and really took extra care with each detail. We had a great dinner at the Italian restaurant, Al Mare. The salt crusted bass was mouth watering- we will remember it for a long, long time. I also loved the pastries at Chinoiserie. I picked up a few to bring to my family I was visiting nearby and they loved it and started going. Jessica Prealpato is a genius. We only regret we didn't have time for the renowned afternoon tea. We need to go back soon. A BIG THANK you to Gianluca who was extremely gracious and welcoming -we had the most invaluable and wonderful experience. And a thank you to his great staff- again, a shout out to Emre who followed up on everything, as well as Alexis. I really hope to come back soon- my new favorite escape. PS - anyone who reads this, please make sure to have a piece of cheesecake- it may be the best cheesecake I've ever had (and I'm from NYC!)…
