We had a great three night stay at Henley House. We appreciated the early check in at this hotel. Our room, while small, we very nice and modern. We knew it was small given that is the norm in London. Moreover, they do provide room sizes on their website. Our shower was just fine with lots of water pressure. There is a window in the bathroom that is open to the room but luckily has blinds that can be shut. An odd feature for sure! But because it can close it was fine. Wall hooks would have been more useful. The hair drier is one of the built in ones. Breakfast was as advertised on the website - Continental. Yogurts, fresh cut up fruit, fresh whole fruit, cheese, ham, croissant, jams, baked good, toast and whole egg for you to poach. More than enough for us and not misleading in any way IF you read the website. The breakfast room is bright and clean. Hotel location is great. About one block from Tube Station (Earl’s Court); close to Nottinghill, etc. Lots of restaurants and cafes close by. Zero complaints for our three nights. True, staff only at front desk until about 7:30 but there is a number to call after hours if you need help. Would book again in a heart beat.

Had a lovely comfortable stay at Henley house hotel In a room overlooking the gardens. We asked for a room with a balcony and that's what we were given. Excellent location 2mins from tube station and plenty of choices for food around the hotel. This will be our go to hotel when staying in London from now on...thank you 😊

This was my second stay at HH in a few months. The location is great, 2 minutes walk from Earl's Court tube station, which takes you directly to Heathrow. The neighborhood feels safe to walk around, there are many restaurants of all types, a M&S food store, Boots pharmacy just across Earl's Court street. The hotel itself has a sweet charming atmosphere. Both times, the single room was literally tiny (about 2 meters wide). I don't mind the small size myself. Keep in mind though that the beds -at least in single rooms, that is- are a bit short and they are tucked under the window so you cannot let you feet hanging. I am 1,69m tall and I would just fit, but any taller person will have a hard time sleeping with their legs fully stretched. Despite the small size, the rooms are fully equipped and sparkling clean. USB charging ports are installed above the desk and there is also an adaptor available in the room (hanging behind the door). The WiFi was not working well the first couple of days, but it was fixed. Towels and bed sheets are of excellent quality. Toiletries include shampoo, shower gel and shower cap. The bathroom is small, but very clean and modern. The buffet breakfast is included in the price, which is a big plus for me. It is served in a lovely sunroom and it offers a reasonable selection. Overall, the only two minus points are the low water pressure in the shower and the poor sound insulation; but honestly I have found the latter in most small hotels all around Europe. Even though it is a small hotel, it does not look or feel run down or deteriorating, as is the case in others of its kind. The reasonable rates for London standards make it a great value for money choice. I am looking forward to staying at Henley House again!

Nice hotel but the tv doesn’t work at all. This really ruined the stay if I’m honest. The worst thing is the staff leave at 7:30 pm so there is no one to even speak to about this! This was really a shame as the look of the room was really nice.

After reading such wonderful reviews, I was expecting more. The positive would be the location. As for the negatives, although our room was spacious for small European hotels, it lacked any drawers for storage. If staying for more than a couple nights, this lack of storage made things less than idea. No chairs were in the room. It had few regular outlets which where placed in less than convenience locations. The mattress was extremely lumpy and bumpy. The room was clean but worn. We asked for additional hangers and some luggage stands which we never got. The staff wasn't unpleasant but certainly didn't go out of their way to make us feel welcome. When we encountered any staff, they seemed indifferent. Also, be careful about their cancelation policy. I initially booked for 2020 and with Covid restrictions was unable to travel. My deposit was not returned or credited to this stay, but was offered a discount similar to the "loyalty discount". The management told me I didn't cancel far enough in advance to cancel or reschedule my stay. I did not reschedule my stay months before my initial booking since I was waiting to heard back to my question if I selected a date to reschedule would I be able to reschedule more than once since travel restrictions were constantly changing. Despite this loss of my deposit (for two rooms) I decided to book this stay since Henley House had great reviews...I was disappointed.

We booked this hotel as part of a trip to London to celebrate my wife’s “significant” birthday, see some shows and generally enjoy London for a few days. Firstly the hotel is in a great location off the main road and literally 5 minutes walk to the tube. This is a boutique hotel, small but perfectly formed, well designed rooms very well decorated. We had asked for a balcony room if possible when we booked and sure enough we had room 14, the room had a happy birthday banner, card signed by the staff and a cake! These things are easy to do but say so much about the staff and “feel” of the hotel and we’re very much appreciated. The room itself has a brilliant “starry night” colour changing led ceiling, as well as mood lighting and all facilities you would expect, albeit in a small en-suite room. Breakfast is continental, fresh and plentiful with good service in the orangery at the back. This is a really great boutique hotel, ideally situated for the tube and therefore access to London. Make no mistake this hotel is a real gem.

The hotel is next to the tube, making it a good location. The room was big enough for two people. Everything was available for use. The staff is amicable. I recommend it and will gladly come back next time I revisit London.

Great location for transport link (tube) and museums including V&A , National History and the Science Museum. Very friendly staff who go out of their way to assist and room cleaned spotlessly. Continental breakfast is very good and the area it is served in again spotless. On a personal point the mattress on the double bed was very firm and on a negative we had loud neighbours on the last night of our stay and we could hear every word of their conversation. For the cost and with breakfast included I would recommend this hotel.
