Stayed there for business. Room at 2pm not ready. Had to wait 2 hours in their exec lounge which has à few seats and à fridge with drinks. Food only occasionally but then no spoons nor knife or fork. Same applies to breakfast. Left phone to charge in bathroom. Surprise in the morning: when you turn off lights power in...

Very impressed with the hotel, the room was small but very well equipped, towels were thick and fluffy and toiletries good quality, the room was very clean. The staff were extremely polite and cheerful. Breakfast was a little disappointing the first day as the bacon was tough and sausages undercooked but made up for it on the second day. Would...

I was aware of some of the negative reviews, but booked this hotel at a special rate at the last minute and wanted a good night's sleep. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The staff at reception were warm, welcoming & professional. My reservation was on the system & my room was ready when I arrived. The room...

I stayed here a couple of months ago with my husband, he was on business so I was left to my own devices but the staff were very helpful and friendly and it is in a great location for shopping and other sights are only a few stops away. I enjoyed it so much that my friend and I have...

Hotel is in a great location just behind harrods 1 minute from tube station. However, on arrival when told our room was ready we found it in a mess with a rude maid still cleaning. We went shopping came back at 4 o'clock it was only just ready. To make it worse she then woke us up at 8am to...

Reception could not find my reservation despite me showing them email confirmation. They said I had got the wrong hotel! I hadn't. Took 30 minutes to resolve while other customers room bookings were also mixed up. At breakfast, the bacon and eggs ran out without replenishment. Very poor customer service for a hotel costing £200 plus per night.

We stayed overnight to watch a West End show. Brilliant location, close to a tube station, Knightsbridge and Sloane Street shops. The room we stayed in was quite small but well appointed. Luxurious for a hotel in London and what we paid for it. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again, but not for the full price they...

I have returned to this hotel again and again over the past 15 years. There is no better location if you plan to shop and spend time in the Knightsbridge/Chelsea neighborhoods. The Picaddily line of the tube (which goes directly to Heathrow) is a mere 3 blocks away. My experiences with the Millennium Knightsbridge have always been positive, even when...

Staying in Knightsbridge

Neighborhood Profile
Knightsbridge
When millions of tourists want to shop 'til they drop, they do it along Brompton Road and its boutique-lined tributaries, including the world-renowned Harrods. And when millionaires want to flaunt what they've already got, many of them find Knightsbridge and Belgravia the perfect place to do so, often behind stately mansion walls or down quiet private mews. Delve beyond the ultra-luxe exterior and you'll find some of this city's cosiest pubs, quiet gardens, and all sorts of indie retailers and enterprises worth a short exercise in spontaneous window shopping. For those looking to take a break from shopping, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, and some of the city's most popular museums are nearby.
