I think when writing this review it's important to remember that whilst at over £200 a night it's expensive by normal standards this hotel is bang in the middle of Knightsbridge where you can spend £200 on a pair of socks (not joking). The hotel is generally fine, it's starting to feel a bit dated, rooms are small but again remember a large room in this area will cost high hundreds or even thousands so that's to be expected. Generally I like the room, even the dated bits are clean and tidy. Positives the TV is nice and big there are lots of non English channels for overseas guests, the bathroom is good, small but again that's to be expected. Bed was good little desk was also good so I'm happy. Attention to detail isn't there, lamp shades are all wonky, fridge doesn't work, paint from an old touch up on curtain, window is super thin as are walls. Again I'm not that bothered by these things but they are pretty easy to fix and do better on. Not having full double glazing in 2022 is madness, the heating bill this winter will be crippling. Overall it's a goodish hotel but if you want to stay in the posh part of London for under £300 then go for it. If you don't need the location you will get more for your money elsewhere.

Hotel's Favorite
Not our first choice to stay but the sister hotel was still closed, so after reading some of the reviews I was concerned about what we would find. I was happily relieved when we got there, firstly the location is great, stones throw from the tube. The room (203) was a good size and clean, the toilet flush was not overly powerful, so in the current climate a toilet brush might be a good idea, as the rooms are not cleaned daily. The bed was very comfy and we slept well. The hotel was nice, yes it was dated in places but nothing to scoff at and after all we didn't intend to spend a lot of time in the hotel. Breakfast was very tasty, the full English was fresh and plentiful, felt the staff couldn't do enough for us. I have to mention the way the staff carried themselves over the weekend, there was a lot of very challenging customers who were just rude to staff and no consideration for other customers, it appears that during lock-down, people have forgotten how to behave in public and feel they can treat the staff with disdain but we noticed the staff dealt with all the issues very professionally and always with a smile. The front desk, waiters, bar staff and everyone we spoke to were nothing but friendly and helpful, we felt very well looked after. The staff on the front desk were very helpful, when we needed to store our case for 4 hours when they couldn't offer luggage storage on the day but quickly came up with a perfect alternative. We will stay again when we return to London.

Great location. Lots of noise interrupts sleep. Bathroom tired and old ( fixed shower head ). Great location - can walk everywhere. Good coffee machine at breakfast. Breakfast was nice. Dining room and bar a bit uninspiring.

Millennium Knightsbridge was a nice hotel in a very great neighborhood. Could be possible that higher floors had nicer, new accommodations. We were on the second floor and had a slightly dated room with obvious wear and tear. However, the room and all its accommodations were very clean. Breakfast was great! As were the staff at breakfast and the front desk. Room service isn't worth it. If you stay, do be sure to check if your window is open; ours was and it was cold and loud.

I would not recommend this stay - lots of other options that will work better in London! Room was noisy with very thin walls and signal glazing windows, so could hear all street noise. Bed was very hard, so did not induce a good nights sleep! Only 1 lift working, and poor check out (only 1 member of staff checking people out and a long queue) so took me 15 mins from leaving my room on the 6th floor to walking out the hotel post check out. Room service food was good though. Really disappointed overall

The hotel was clean and accommodating, with free WiFi. The Tangerine restaurant was awesome the food served beautifully, and very well presented, the chef Raj came out to meet us asked if all was to our liking, it was simply a delight to dine here. The waiter / barman Chris was very abliging nothing was too much trouble all in all a great service from beginning to end highly recommended.

Right in the center of London, extremely convenient for public transport, restaurants and bars, shopping, close to Hyde Park, museums and attractions. The hotel provides everything you need for a perfect stay: Wi-Fi, safe, hairdryer and make-up mirror, fridge. In our room we also found bathrobes and slippers and complimentary water bottles. They also surprised us with a special room arrangement and sweets for our wedding anniversary. We had a stunning view of London. Even if the room’s decor was not very new it provided everything we needed: tv with international channels, table and chair for work and a small armchair with a coffee table. We didn’t try their dining options but they all seemed very interesting. Staff was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel.

Travelled to London with friends after ending a cruise. They were staying at a luxury hotel that was out of our budget. While not cheap, the Millennium was a good value in the right location. The hotel room was well equipped and comfortable. Some of the common areas are showing wear but everything felt clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and hours worked well for those of us that liked to sleep in s little. The staff, from desk, to bell, to housekeeping, were all friendly and efficient. All in all a very good experience... and the location is GREAT!

Excellent location and rooms are pleasant. Service depends on which member of staff you encounter. We asked for a taxi and we’re told to go outside and flag one down ourselves. Not good service especially as we had to walk quite a distance to get one.
