Hotel's Favorite
Right in the center of London, extremely convenient for public transport, restaurants and bars, shopping, close to Hyde Park, museums and attractions. The hotel provides everything you need for a perfect stay: Wi-Fi, safe, hairdryer and make-up mirror, fridge. In our room we also found bathrobes and slippers and complimentary water bottles. They also surprised us with a special room arrangement and sweets for our wedding anniversary. We had a stunning view of London. Even if the room’s decor was not very new it provided everything we needed: tv with international channels, table and chair for work and a small armchair with a coffee table. We didn’t try their dining options but they all seemed very interesting. Staff was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel.

The front desk is very helpful and helped me with the early check in. Anna-Maria and Ashraf were very friendly and answered all of my questions. The front desk is very polite and always on point!!!!!!

Bathroom door falling off the rails. Paid £550 for two nights the only good things is the location. I would not recommend this hotel they said we’re awaiting a refurbishment in 3 months there is nothing we can do

Very nice and well located hotel. People are friendly and super efficient, Ashraf. Definitely suggested to all people that want to spend a relaxing weekend in London. Nicely located close to Knightsbridge underground station, with a nice bar, longe space and terrace offering shisha.

Extremely happy with the hotel, staff were very friendly and funny, rooms were very clean, and tidy. The location was superb, and with the Gloucester Arms literally a stones throw from the front of the hotel, what more would you want ? only drawback was the Gloucester Arms closed the bar at 10p.m. on Sunday night, the only disappointment of my 3 night stay.
