We have stayed here before and chose it again due to its great location on Sloane Street and the on-site parking. There were a lot less staff on duty, but the ones we encountered were friendly and helpful, particularly in the bar and at breakfast. There was no doorman or concierge so there is no greeting until you get to the reception desk. We stayed for 3 nights in room 1414. A top floor suite with amazing views. It has a separate bedroom and lounge area so the overall space is bigger. The bathroom has a lot of mould and the sink is cracked. The bathroom door doesn’t open fully as it hits the bidet. The bed was very comfortable and the air con meant the room stays cool. The decor and furniture are a little dated. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel and will be returning.

We were originally booked in to the Millennium Gloucester at the end of May but they informed us that the Hotel would not be open after lockdown on our requested dates and kindly booked us in to the Millennium Knightsbridge. I confirmed with them that we are a family of 4 and require a room suitable which was confirmed and honored at the price we would have paid at the Millennium Gloucester. I had regular contact with the hotel and they were able to answer my queries and so we were really excited for our trip that was for a birthday treat for the kids. We arrived early and our room was not ready so the lady at reception kindly took our bags while we began our adventure. When we returned to check in, it took ages but eventually got to our room which was massive. Disappointment hit when the sofa bed was not made up and there were no sheets so we couldn't do it ourselves. We rang through to request sheets etc and quickly a man came to make up the bed. He was extremely rude however, no apology and glared at me as he stormed into our room. He made the bed but there were no pillows. We had to make 3 further requests for pillows to be told they don't have any as the hotel was fully booked. Not enough pillows???? Really!! Eventually, and quite late, a very apologetic chap brought us 3. We were tired and ready to sleep, the kids were shattered. The room itself was OK, limited TV channels, not enough towels for 4 guests and only 2 bottles of water. It did have a balcony with 2 chairs which was a pleasant surprise as it was lovely and sunny. We all had a comfortable sleep. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The best part of our stay. It was all table service. The staff were amazing. Incredibly helpful, polite and friendly. The kids had cereal, fruit and juice and we had a full cooked breakfast with toast which was delicious. We were offered croissants with jams too. One of the best breakfasts we've had at a hotel including the service. We would not stay here again as small necessities such as sheets, pillows and towels were not provided. It's a shame as it spoilt our trip a bit.

Lovely great stay at this hotel, rooms was comfy and spacious, service was great , breakfast was awesome, Muhammed at the reception was very friendly and helpful who satisfied all our needs and gave us a warm welcoming stay at this amazing hotel for few nights. Look forward to visiting again soon :)

Not our first choice to stay but the sister hotel was still closed, so after reading some of the reviews I was concerned about what we would find. I was happily relieved when we got there, firstly the location is great, stones throw from the tube. The room (203) was a good size and clean, the toilet flush was not overly powerful, so in the current climate a toilet brush might be a good idea, as the rooms are not cleaned daily. The bed was very comfy and we slept well. The hotel was nice, yes it was dated in places but nothing to scoff at and after all we didn't intend to spend a lot of time in the hotel. Breakfast was very tasty, the full English was fresh and plentiful, felt the staff couldn't do enough for us. I have to mention the way the staff carried themselves over the weekend, there was a lot of very challenging customers who were just rude to staff and no consideration for other customers, it appears that during lock-down, people have forgotten how to behave in public and feel they can treat the staff with disdain but we noticed the staff dealt with all the issues very professionally and always with a smile. The front desk, waiters, bar staff and everyone we spoke to were nothing but friendly and helpful, we felt very well looked after. The staff on the front desk were very helpful, when we needed to store our case for 4 hours when they couldn't offer luggage storage on the day but quickly came up with a perfect alternative. We will stay again when we return to London.

Only good thing about this hotel was the location. Room was outdated and dusty. We arrived at 2.40pm to check in. There was a queue and 3 members of staff checking people in. As I got to the desk I was told my room would be ready after 3pm. To which I explained I had a booking at 4pm elseshwhere. Another member of staff ( who I learnt afterwards was the manager called Melinda) cut in the conversation and screamed at me in front of people to state room is not ready. I was mortified. I stood to the side, went back to the desk at 3, Mahmood kindly checked me in. I later spoke to another staff member and told them my experience and was told this was not the first time the manager behaved in such manner. This was my first time out since lockdown and to be dealt with such disrespect at the point of check on ruined my mood. I will not be returning nor recommending this hotel to anyone. Please give further training to the manager on how to deal with busy periods and how to speak to members of public. She shouldn't be a manager if she cannot deal with busy periods or stress. Dear Guest, Many thanks for your review and we are sorry for your experience. The hotel was full during the weekend due to it being the first bank holiday weekend post the Covid lockdown. Check in is 3pm and the team would be trying to check guests in as quickly as possible. The staff member you mention was managing a very busy day and the lobby was noisy and thus she was probably only trying to emphasize the point regarding check in times. This staff member ordinarily receives very positive feedback from our guests but we are sorry if the communication did not come across properly.
