Our experience at the commodore hotel was really great. The staff were so friendly, helpful & obliging. They allowed us to leave our bags for 5 days whilst we travelled to Paris which was awesome and convenient. We were located within walking distance to either the bus or train which was great. The hotel rooms were clean & comfortable. Would...

Well what can I say about this hotel, positives are, our room was very elegant and light, cleaned spotlessly every day, and it's a very handsome building, and in an excellent location, and sadly that's where good things end, negative points, checking in we where told that the breakfast we thought we were getting we were not and would have...

The location is brilliant (when Lancaster Gate station is open!!) The pre-in checking is complicated. Never experienced a requirement for payment before arrival!! The in-checking is complicated with deposit to be given in advance. The hotel might have had bad experiences. Generally the hotel is worn down. It is very unpleasant to see the interior in such a bad condition....

We stayed here with my mom for four nights. We loved it because the staff was very kind and helpful. The room was tidy, they cleaned every day and never moved a thing away from our belongings. They had a safe which is very useful. The minibar was not expensive at all. 1.5 pounds a can of soft drink. If...

I stayed in this hotel for 8 days with my girlfriend as we waited to move into our new flat and I can honestly say that this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They have completely missed the point of what a boutique hotel is supposed to be. Customers can deal with cold water, dusty...

Dear Glutenfreeragu, Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you have experienced during your visit to the Commodore Hotel London. This makes it a bit harder for us to...

On arriving outside the hotel it looks beautiful. Once inside it has a traditional feel about it. As we checked in we then hit issues. We had booked an apartment and had been "down graded" to a family room. The compensation was a breakfast but no clear explanation and no real apology- just a "didn't you get our email?". Room...

Next to Hyde Park, very relaxing and quiet area. Close to the bus stop, easy to go to shopping area by bus 94 and 390. The nearest metro station were closed, the second one (queensway) takes around 8-10 mins walk. Staff are friendly and nice.

We stayed here for a romantic night away as a present from myself to my fiancé as part of an anniversary present. The hotel was easy to find, and the receptionists were very welcoming upon arrival. Our room was clean and comfortable, a little dated perhaps but it had all the necessary facilities required. The only snag I have with...
