The decor is peaceful and calming. The room size is great, most of hotels for the same price would have tiny rooms. The tea/coffee making facilities, water bottles and cookies were a sweet touch. Staff is very friendly and helpful, we had a slight problem with our air conditioning on our first night and they solved it with extra care the next day and even offered us a complimentary English Breakfast for the inconvenience. We had an executive room which was very spacious and clean. Breakfast choices were nice and the personnel at the breakfast area was also very friendly. For London with its notorious small hotel rooms, this is a nice surprise as we stayed in a nice, spacious room with high ceilings and huge windows. All is very modern, the bathroom is great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also very well-placed, just a block off from Hyde Park and probably 3 minutes walk from the nearest tube. Furthermore, it lies in a lovely quite side-street - in short, I can whole-heartedly recommend it.

I have had a great time at the signature hotel. Id like to say thank you in specially for the service I have received by the receptionist Melissa and the breakfast waiter Abreham . Beyond of going extra mile to make me feel comfortable and happy they also made my night stay even more comfortable feeling like I was at home. Fully recommend 😀

Absolutely charming place right off Hyde Park. Got upgraded free off charge because of an allergy condition. Rooms and premises are elegant and relaxing. Haven’t tried the breakfast but others said it’s very tasty. Hands up for Shruti and the whole thoughtful and caring team!

I just stayed one night, but the hotel is in a really nice location. The room was nice, quiet and comfortable. I loved the complimentary snacks in the room. I would definitely stay here again! Mabel and Akshar were very accommodating.

Booked a last minute one-night stay and Signature Townhouse offered great location at a reasonable price. Room was of a very good size and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I don't believe air conditioning was working and room felt a little stuffy when we arrived, however once windows were opened and we used the provided fan there was no problem. Staff were very friendly and helpful - I forgot to bring charger and they provided me with a spare one during out stay. There was no mini bar in the room however complimentary bottles of water were provided and we were kindly provided with extra water at no charge in the morning when we asked for more. Would definitely stay again if I'm in London.
