This hotel was in a great location (loved covent garden) and the staff on arrival were very helpful, upgrading my mum so that she was in a double on the same floor as us, instead of in the other building across the road, comfy beds, we even liked the quirky shower which reminded me of a hand operated pump with...

Great central London base. Not too far to walk to Covent Garden, right in the heart of theatre land. Tube station about 10 mins walk. Clean rooms. We had a snack and drink in the bar which was very nice. Lots of offers on dining and drinks. Really great location and excellent value for money.

Great location and rooms were fine but check in was an absolute shambles and took so long, having been booked into the wrong room, sent to other building and given a key that didn't work, it ruined our plans for the afternoon!!

Really nice hotel. staff members are kind and we had a clean room. Only problem was the construction site outside the hotel. But can't be helped I would definitely stay in this hotel again if I was to stay in Holborn again

The hotel was budget, but some basic things could improve the experience. No phone in the room to contact reception. This was an issue when you have noise from other guests and no opportunity to go to reception with 2 kids on the 10th floor. Breakfast is chaotic with too many guests for the small area.

Second time we've stayed here for 2 nights, which is just right. Bagged a room a lot less expensive than anywhere else in a big radius, walkable from the theatres and shops. Staff helpful and friendly, broken shower was fixed within half an hour.

This hotel is separated over two buildings so when we checked in we had to walk further down the road to their next building. This isn't a hassle but maybe would be less busy if they stated which building to check in at? They held our bags for us which was great as we had a late train. The rooms...

Hotel's a bit of a pain to find, with Soho and convent garden so make sure you map it well but saying that its 2minutes walk any direction from attractions such as oxford street, museums ect. With it located in Soho I expected it to be noisy but with being on the 7th floor no bother, even in the high...
