Centrally located, nice restaurants and cafes within easy reach. The amenities tired and outdated, wear and tear visible more that I would expect from a 4-star hotel. Bathroom tiny with moldy smell, stains on the carpet, mattress not very comfortable, in overall you do not get a clean feel in the room.
What a fab location, just behind Selfridges in the heart of Mayfair! The service was outstanding too, I got a free upgrade, late checkout and more, the staff could not do enough. Rooms are a good size for Central London - and at a very reasonable cost too. I usually stay at the W but it was fully booked, this was less than half the price of the W and perfect location. Razvan was very friendly and did all he could to ensure our stay was great! I can't wait to stay here again! Thanks Mandeville :)
Fantastic hotel in a wonderful part of London - staff were all excellent food and drinks were beautiful and such good service from all of the staff team who were helpful, always polite and were very accommodating.
This hotel exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by concierge. They were very helpful at all points in our stay. The breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. Accommodations were great with little street noise. Great coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner options close by with the tube within walking distance as well. Would love to stay again!
Thank you Mandeville Hotel. Everything from start to finish was just fabulous. Lovely staff, comfy room and the location is so central. We will definitely be back for any business but also personal trips. Just loved it.
An excellent hotel in a superb location with friendly professional staff and a complete offering. Everything you need is at your fingertips - and the best of London is just outside the door. Every aspect of this hotel is approached in an understated yet stylish way. Whether business or pleasure, a fabulous stay awaits. Highly recommended.
Absolutely delighted with choosing to stay here. Was a bit nervous after reading negative reviews. However I was allocated a Gorgeous room and beautiful bathroom. Great location and lovely staff. Will definitely choose this hotel again.
Tv didn’t work. No bedside lights. Totally unacceptable at £500 per night, would get this even in a travel lodge. No attempt by hotel to offer compensation for this. When travelling alone you need these things.
We stayed at the Mandeville earlier this month, I’ve delayed writing a review as the front desk promised me that they would send me a formal reply to my complaint via email - now, two weeks later this has never arrived. It’s clear that their customer service is lacking. We didn’t get off to a good start with our stay - as the concierge team decided to put someone else’s baggage in our room. When questioned about this we were told “we trust everyone at our hotel it’s fine” - well I’m sorry, you might but we don’t. The anxiety of our baggage potentially being put in someone else’s room was extremely worrying. Furthermore, I felt like if our baggage was an obvious designer brand, it would have been treated more carefully. Next, the room a supposed “superior double” was not up to scratch and worth the extortionate nightly fee. My partner had booked this as a treat and he felt extremely let down by the tired decor. The front desk seems to think if we reported this we could have been moved, however it was clear by the foyer that the whole establishment is due a refresh. Avoid staying at this hotel. Not only is the customer service shockingly poor, it’s not worth the price tag! You’d be better staying off at a premier inn for more than half the price, at least you know what you’re getting!…
The hotel is very close to the attractions yet on a quiet street. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good and in a very nice room. The staff were very helpful and professional throughout the hotel.
