Nicely situated in the heart of just about everything in Central London, and the village is especially great with the weather we had. The staff at The Mandeville is extremely friendly and they make a guest feel at home right away.

Hotel location is near Oxfford street and Selfridges. Bond station is near. Quartier is quiet. Personal are kind and professional. Bar is cosy and wide choice of drinks. I stayed one night for a charity event. It is difficult to mark The Mandeville Hotel. My next trip to London, I will choose again The Mandeville Hotel

Booked in to this hotel due to the location being close to the office, and because it is one of the preferred company hotels. Check in was great and we went up to our room on the 7th floor. The room was compact although they managed to fit everything in with some fairly clever design. The bathroom was modern and... More

The Mandeville staff made our stay so enjoyable as they were so welcoming and helpful. The location is fantastic, easy reach of the crowded and noisy Oxford Street but in the gentrifies and quite Marylebone area. Easy access to everything, including greta bars and restaurants.

not easy to go around with a fiveyear old boy who would only visit playgrounds but the staff helped to sort it out and the location of the hotel helped ( tube and Wagamama only few metres away) when in London is an excellent choice

Good choice for this area of London, it's a fairly inexpensive taxi ride from paddington station. Staff was helpful, even paying for my taxi when I found out he only took cash. Rooms are on the small side, but adequate. Pillows need to be replaced though, mine were very limp. Food in restaurant wasn't great, but service was very pleasant.

The exceptional thing about this hotel is the excellent service. Everybody is so attentive and helpful and friendly and they make you feel like at home. The hotel is located very near Bond street tube station and in the very nice area of Marylebone with lots of wonderful small shops and restaurants (the hotel restaurant is not very good -... More

I stayed for two nights with my husband over the weekend. The pros: lovely friendly staff, excellent location, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed with quality pillows, decent shower, good quality hair dyer in room, decent furnishings, Intersting view from the room, nice toiletries, Nespresso machine, free wifi. The cons: very pricey for the size of the rooms and bathroom, we got... More

It's always difficult to find a good hotel in London that's reasonably priced and has good sized comfy rooms and service you expect. This hotel has some good qualities and poor ones. Location is good, near Oxford Street and Bond Street. Quiet road, but traffic builds up quickly in the morning. The hotel lobby is a decent size with seats... More

Staying in Marylebone

Neighborhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighborhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
