Nice big room (for London standards). Breakfast lovely, varied and hot, we also ordered room service that arrived within 30mins and was of the same standard as the restaurant. Staff all friendly, especially those at the pool and gym area. If you want a nice swim going the morning when the pool is quiet. The time we went on the... More

Very happy with the service, rooms excellent, staff very friendly, reception staff wonderful. ..would return and be happy to recommend to family and friends...my only criticism would be, breakfast is over priced at nearly £20

Good location out of the busy central area of London. Tucked away in Regents Park in North London, a nice "up-scale" neighborhood. Close to Primrose Hill, Regents Park, Regents Park Canal,(Well worth a walk and a look!) and London Zoo. It is a short 5 minute walk to catch "The Tube" at the "Swiss Cottage" stop and from there you... More

Easily accessible by local bus services. Served us well for our stay visiting Camden & Primrose Hill. Comfy beds & great pillows, also the fridge was much appreciated as was the air con. The one thing that let it down was no wifi in the rooms unless you paid. Rather disapointing.

Great hotel. Refurbished entrance and lobby. Bedrooms still need major attention. On the whole great hotel but we were disturbed for 3 hours in middle of night with guests arguing and shouting outside when we called reception at 3am nothing was done for over an hour. We complained next day as we didn't get a good nights sleep and felt... More

We've stayed here a couple of times and love the neighborhood. It is close enough to London city center yet has a quiet suburban feel. It appears that nearly every room has a balcony with seating. We had a corner room with a wrap around deck with tables and chairs for 8! We always stay in a concierge room for... More
