Excellent room and although in semi isolation (bubble), fantastic service by staff. Food by Carluccios was amazing. Stand out member of staff was Karina. Such a great, helpful, positive, fun personality. Goes out of her way to help. Thank you.... Pity some other hotel residents take the staff as granted and almost their butlers. Thank you for a great stay

The hotel was exactly what it should be, clean, comfortable and the staff was v v nice. The swimming pool is ok but the shallow end is SO shallow you can’t swim to the end. Also they give kid classes in part of the pool but it was still fun to have. For us the location was great. If you want to be in the central business district it’s a bit far . We were delighted

Very friendly staff. Room was so spacious. Location of this hotel was just perfect, only complaint we have was the British weather.. Breakfast was good with minimal options due to government guidelines. 5 min cab to Camden Town/Finchley Rd/Primrose Hill. I cannot wait to visit here again!

I have stayed here many times before and was a little apprehensive how it would be during the pandemic. I needn’t have worried. Staff went out of their way to keep everything clean and feeling safe. You do need to book to use the gym and pool, but it’s no hardship and easy to do. The exec lounge is closed, as with many chains, they give a voucher for the bar daily instead. Not quite the same, but it is sensible and necessary. I must say that the breakfast staff, bar staff and reception/concierge were just fabulous - helpful, warm and so welcoming.

We stayed a couple of nights in the hotel as a family of 4. We were very impressed with the hotel. It exceeded expectations, lovely quiet room, although obviously hotels are quite empty at the moment. Staff were very attentive, polite and kind. The swimming pool is also excellent and perfect for families. Thanks for a comfortable stay.
