Stayed 4 nights and was very impressed. All the staff were extremely attentive particularly the breakfast staff who really went out of their way to be helpful. The breakfast was very nice with a good selection of fresh food. Large comfortable bed. Short walk to tube station. Good value for money would stay here again.

Nice hotel, staff were very attentive, room very clean and modern, nice to have a balcony too, would recommend, however I’d say it needs to be advertised as Swiss Cottage not Regents Park. Would happily return though.

I have visited the hotel on Saturday with my two children, the lady who was at the reception, Ms Dallerac provided excellent service and couldn’t do more for us. The rooms was very clean, the breakfast was delicious, we had to wait longer than usual but we didn’t mind that as it’s all understandable due to Covid rules. Will definitely come back! Thank you.

Stayed here for one night to meet up with someone who lives nearby. There is a lounge conveniently located downstairs where they serve drinks and snacks late afternoon. Bar is smallish and the restaurant is just fabulous, great menu - Italian oriented - and very friendly service. Top top it up I got an upgrade to a very nice room too.
