Having a pretty lousy first day experience at this hotel right now. Checked in and was told I needed to pay. I explained that I prepaid and was told no it has not been paid. After coming off a 10 hour flight with no sleep and being exhausted, I didn’t argue, knowing I’d have to dive for my credit card statements and my family and o just wanted to get to our room. When we got up there and settled in, I pulled out my statement and saw that I indeed prepaid my stay 5 months ago. Also noticed the pullout my daughter would be sleeping on had not had its sheets changed from the last stay (hairs and dead skin visible under the duvet), nor was there a pillow for her. So decided to go out for a few hours to allow them to sort it out. Came back 6 hours and 50 minutes later and was told couldn’t refund me until the next day as their systems were down. Fine. Got up to the room and noticed the sheets on the pullout had still not been changed, nor had we been provided with a duvet cover. Had to go back to reception, who organised someone to come asap to sort it out, although she didn’t have the correct sheets and didn’t know where they were. Location is excellent, close walk to the touristy stuff whilst also having great access to tube stations. Other than that though, I would not be coming back here. Other issues - only two towels and two pillows provided l, when booked for three. Also two of the three windows in the room have blinds which are broken and do not lift. This was not a cheap hotel by any means and has left a lot to be desired. Hope the experience picks up over the next two days of our stay.…

I went with my friend to have a catch up . The staff welcomed us on arrival . The dining area was relaxing and clean .We were escorted to our seats and given our menu . The selection was very nice as we were using a GROUPON Voucher. The food was hot and appetising . We weren’t rushed and spent a few hours relaxing and eating .Iveta checked during our meal which was three courses if we were enjoying our food . Altkel was our waiter he was very attentive and polite . We would definitely go back for a meal when visiting Oxford Street again.

While the entrance area is a rather small then high class service was very good .. coming to the room (junior suite) it was so much above expectations ! Very huge , perfectly clean and the king size bed was simply perfect ! It was in the middle of soho, just 1 minutes away from Piccadilly Circus or China town but still wasn’t disturbed by any noise .. I stayed in some other hotels in soho but this was much better then the others ! Next time staying in London this will for sure my first choice

Only issue we had was we was lead to believe we has breakfast included and chose breakfast & Stay option. Got to the hotel and was told it's an extra charge so abit of a dissapointment. Otherwise the hotel itself is in a good central location.

Amazing location. Walking distance to subways and the river. Clean rooms. Free water. Gave me an upgrade. Rooms are pretty basic but the mattresses and duvet wee great. USB outlets were available. Main floor welcome center is very simple. Staff wee very polite and helpful. Washrooms had great towels but could use a little maintenance. Shower door in 504 would not close 100 percent.

Problems during check-in culminated in the staff being rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Room was fine, but not incredible. There was mold in the shower and there were unpatched holes in the walls. Can't recommend this hotel.

Huge bed - such a nice change from "two twins pushed together". Right downtown near Piccadilly and Leicster Squares; convenient to sights, and the airport (Metro line). Breakfast was available, looked good, but we didn't have time in the morning to try it. Staff was very helpful.

We had the suite ( 2 adults and 1 child) and the room was a big room and a big bath with a small hallway for shoes and jackets. The bed was big. There is a fridge in the room. It is a bit dated and could use some upgrade, but the location makes up for it. The breakfast is small but very good for UK standards, plenty of options from fry-up and pastry to fruits. You overlook Macdonalds, M&M and Lego store. There is plenty of food options around the hotel which is great when traveling with kids. We used Uber eats a lot. We could walk to Buckingham Palace, Bond Street, Regent Street and Oxford street. Despite the busy location, it was quiet at night, the windows seem soundproof.

My family arrive to the Hotel and the AC was not working. The windows are close they CAN'T open. No ventilation. They know at the time they arrive and they don't let them know. They should let them know what happen.

Very good location overlooking Leicester Square. Lively outside but suprisingly quiet in room. Clean and comfortable. Only complaints - very cheap and nasty toilet paper and towels replaced even though we hung them to indicate happy to reuse.
