An excellent central position in London. All was good, with free coffee & tea facilities, which is great. Some front desk staff could improve, guest requirements/communication.. Car parking avail, which is very handy,& an added bonus of staying at this Hotel. Well recommended overall.

We had an excellent stay with our 2 kids aged 6 and 9. We found the apartment a little bit too small compared to our expectations and to our previous experience in orher Citadines apartments. This was however an excellent stay.

Wifi was not good. Not consistent. To make up for it, they did offer free breakfast. But the hotel management needs to eradicate the root of the problem. There is also the issue of heater. My brother and sis in law stayed in the room opposite to ours and whoever showered the last had to tolerate icy cold water. Technician...

The location is very good, and centrally located to everything you want to see and do as a tourist. Very convenient and close to a tube station. The only problems I had here was that my adapter was not working properly...and it was not the adapter but an electrical problem with the unit itself.

Great location to stay in, down the street from Trafalgar near Tube station. Check in was easy, room was comfortable. Breakfast looked nice, but did not have it. Appreciated coffee and hot chocolate machine!

Had stayed here before and the location is great. On check in we had a problem as I didn't have the required ID, we travelled by train and had no intention of driving in London so no licence, we had come from Manchester so had not brought a passport. This seemed incomprehensible to one member of staff but luckily the...

Dear Pam, Thank you for your feedback. I have taken note of your comments about the ID check upon arrival and your comments about the appearance of the room. It is standard London hotel procedure to ask for an ID upon arrival. I am happy to know that the more experienced Receptionist was able to waiver this request as you...

A perfect Apart-Hotel in the middle of London. Location cannot be beat. You are 3 min walk from Trafalgar square. 2 min walk from 2 Underground stations, and Uber and Taxis are plenty. A 24-hour tesco express right around the corner and food and restaurants are countless. The size of the 1 bedroom apartment is superb for a small family...

This was a great hotel for a one-night hen do party! The location is excellent and the staff were welcoming and friendly. There was a big lobby which never felt too busy, so we could spend time there. The rooms (a one-bed and two-bed apartment) were great. Clean and perfect for a short stay. We had a really good time...

Staying in Trafalgar Square / Embankment

Neighborhood Profile
Trafalgar Square / Embankment
With its iconic Nelson’s Column, majestic oversized lions and brightly-lit fountains, Trafalgar Square is not just considered the heart of this bustling London hub, but the very core of the city itself. Beyond this esteemed gathering place are more famous icons, as well as a disproportionate numbers of the city’s most popular cultural attractions including the National Gallery and many West End theaters. Along the way to these major sites are quiet lanes and antiquated pubs to discover, as well as riverside vistas to enjoy on the embankment. With a calendar full of celebratory events, any time of year is a fine time to visit.
