During our first night in the hotel both my wife and I tested positive for Covid and had to isolate in the hotel. We paid £15 for ultimate wifi which did not work at all. They refused to serve us food from the restaurant because they couldn’t find a way for us to pay. The following morning we ordered groceries from sainsbury’s - they left it sitting in reception for over an hour before bringing it to us. On day 3, we needed more toilet paper, milk and bin liners for the room. We tried to get through to reception for over 5 hours with no answer - this included a full hour where our food order was sitting in reception getting cold. When we eventually got through to them, their response was ‘sorry we’ve been busy’. My pregnant wife was in tears in the room at the lack of compassion from the staff. We had to get a relative to drive down from Scotland to pick us up and release us from the hell hole that was the Premier Inn Hammersmith. I totally recommend everyone AGAINST booking this hotel.

We only stayed a night to watch a show at the apollo, and really everything was perfect. We didn’t use every facility such as food, the bar etc so can’t comment on that. Check in was fast and well organised. I went to the bar once just to check on drink choices. There was no one serving, but it didn’t matter as I didn’t want a drink but it was not clear how to get someone’s attention if I changed my mind. Despite the previous review our room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and for a short stay it ticked all the boxes.

We visited premier inn, Hammersmith for 1 night to watch footy. We chanced it a bit on parking there, but we're lucky and found a space, but there aren't many available. 1st impressions were a very friendly place. As mentioned before by others, the building is old, and noticeable compared to other premier inns. We had dinner, and the starters were forgotten, but we were reimbersed with no issues and apologetic staff. As I've noticed with premier inns, control was lost at breakfast, with many waiting for certain items and others getting stressed. We did try and book a breakfast timing, but we're told, not too worry, as it wasn't busy, but nearly all tables were full. We were allocated a table, but both stepped away to get drinks, and others then occupied it as no one permanently running the floor. This was quickly sorted though. The headboard on the bed was covered in dust, and the bathroom needed renovation, but yes, I would stay again, but get a back up plan for parking. Majority of the staff were brilliant.
