We booked this hotel for the 2 nights of 17/18 June 2016 through hol.co.uk. We arrived to find that there was no management and no reception on site. We were told by one of the tenants that the council managed the "hotel" and let the rooms to long term stays. I had smelt a rat for a couple of days...

Very close to Acton Town tube station. Clearly a converted pub that was left standing in the 1960s when everything else was knocked down to build 18 blocks of flats, which in turn have now been demolished leaving this place with a building site opposite and behind are three storey local authority blocks. This location would not normally phase me...

Upon arriving there was no reception nor no one to greet me or give me my keys! He arrived within ten minutes and told me my room had been cancelled leaving me to work up a panic until he said,...

Basic clean accommodation. Very close to the tube with free parking. Great value for money and breakfast at Jungles Cafe is well worth it. Stayed overnight on a Saturday, the money saved on parking paid for the hotel.

Has everything you need. WiFi, TV, coffee and tea making and a fridge. Full length mirror and good sized en suite for a single room. Good car parking and breakfast is supplied by a local cafe where the staff are wonderful and the breakfast is good. Pal, who runs the hotel is extremely helpful. A hell of a nice guy!...
