Only a 10-minute walk from Victoria Station, this hotel is great for those who are doing a lot around the city and are only in the hotel to sleep. That said, the mattresses were some of the most uncomfortable I have ever felt as I could feel every spring in my back. At the end of the day, it was...

I booked a room for a boyfriend and i at the time because it was close to victoria station and the sites i wanted to see, like Big Ben etc and it was fairly cheap in pounds for a night. The room was rather small, the bed was like three feet away from the walls on each side, with a...

Horrible "service" and scammed our money! Took the money off my card twice and when told to return the money, he started to call us names and personal insults and be absolutely hostile admitting what`s happened but not giving the money back. This dirty hole should be put into investigation. They didn`t behavior even as a manner of a simple...

Staff is almost hostile. They have really small stairs and all floors are covered by an old-looking carpet. They gave us a small room downstairs that has to be reached crossing a patio, so in the morning we had to get cold to get to the building and have breakfast. The bathroom was so small that i almost couldn't fit...

The Vegas hotel is situated well, it's within walking distance to the stations. Some pubs and places to eat nearby. It suited us where it was. We did plenty of walking, used this just as a base. Rooms are small and compact, but we weren't in it much really. Shower room was clean but a wet room so all the...

Although this is a centrally located hotel, just 10 mins walk from Victoria station, I was disappointed with my stay. Reception staff hardly spoke to me. Rooms very compact. Small, but comfy beds. En-suite, although beautifully, and newly decorated , was tiny. It had a wetfloor, and once you had showered you couldn't stand on the floor. Extractor fan didn't...

Staying in Pimlico

Neighborhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighborhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
