I often stay at the Park International Hotel when visiting London. It's a lovely hotel, conveniently located to transportation, shopping, dining, and attractions and it is very reasonably priced for the area. The staff are friendly and help with arrangements. Breakfast is also available on the property.
We loved our stay here, the staff were very friendly and helpful upon check in. We stayed in the Victoria suite and it was more than we were expecting, and having balcony doors to open was a nice touch. We had breakfast the following morning, it was very reasonably priced, and the food quality and selection was very good, with typical options such as pastries, cereals, yoghurts and cooked options including fried eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes etc. Again the staff at breakfast were all very friendly and couldn't of been more helpful.
Hotel was clean but just needs sprucing up. Carpets sorting in rooms Bar wasn't open on Sunday which was strange. Staff were friendly. Beds were comfy. Room was small but nice. Bed was comfy. Had everything you'd need
Spent a lovely week here last week - faultless experience. Friendly, helpful staff. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with everything we needed. Very comfy beds. Wonderful breakfast, with great selection and constant replenishment. Fantastic location, 5 mins' walk from Gloucester Road tube station. Restaurants, bars and Waitrose nearby. Will definitely stay here again!
Visited London with my nephew for a show at the Royal Albert Hall. Absolutely superb staff. Swift check in, excellent breakfast. Ideally situated for all top tourist attractions and 2 mins from tube station. Rally stunning area of London. Loads of things to do such as v and a museum less than 2 mins walk. Thankyou for a brilliant stay. Highly recommended.
Thin walls. Non excistensial preasure in shower or sinks. Cleaning doesnt respect dont disturb signs and knocks before 8am. But good ac rooms and its a good price for the medium range hotel. Good english breakfast. Friendly receptionists.
Overall, this hotel was a very good one. The beds were comfortable, although a tad on the small side if I’m honest. The room was very clean, and the lobby was lovely, but it was obvious that a lot of money was spent on making the hotel lobby look a lot fancier than the rest of the hotel/rooms itself. We booked a twin room and it was a lot smaller than expected, but as we were only staying for two nights, we weren’t too bothered (I’d mention having a larger room if you’re staying any longer than this!). The top window in our room was left slightly ajar which led to a load of moths coming into our room in the evening, and the noise from outside kept my sister awake most of the night which wasn’t ideal. We were also told there was wifi available at the property but we were only able to access this after we asked the front desk for the password after our first night - ideally, the WiFi passwords and details should be included in the file with the room key cards. All small niggles really so nothing that would overly bring a rating down too much. Overall, I think I would stay here again if only for the familiarity but for the price I paid, I’ve stayed in many nicer London hotels for a similar price. However it is in a good location and is a good enough hotel so no major complaints!…
We stayed to celebrate my daughters birthday, I messaged the hotel for recommendations for afternoon tea and got a few addresses within a few hours, also got upgraded to a heritage room which was appreciated..Staff are very friendly. Hotel is a 5 minute walk from Gloucester Rd station, good food shops galore in Gloucester Rd.
We enjoyed our week long stay at Park International. Helpful staff, excellent breakfast. Great accommodations. They just needed to clean the carpets and I would have given them a five out of five. We would stay here again.
Stayed for one night recently and expected a lot more. At check in I asked if the bar and restaurant was open and was told “not today” but will be open tomorrow so had to venture out to get some dinner. I was given a room on the ground floor facing the street and as can be expected the traffic noise is pretty incessant. The rooms are functional but was disappointed that no bottled water was provided. There was a very pervasive musty smell around the corridors of the hotel which could be easily remedied with some plug in air fresheners - it smelt like wet carpet. The breakfast buffet was pretty underwhelming - orange juice was quite watery and did not taste too clever, coffee was from a machine and the fried eggs were soft on top and cooked to a crust on the bottom. There are a lot of hotels in this area and despite the convenience of this hotel to my company office I shall be looking to stay elsewhere in future.…
