We had a room on the top floor but unlike new hotels where you get suites the higher up you go, we wondered if at some point this was servant quarters? We cruise a lot and this room was smaller than the inside cabin on a cruise ship! I called it very cozy. We could only walk around the bed and couldn't pull out the chair enough to sit in it at the desk they had the complimentary tea sitting on. Honestly we were just so happy to be in London that we didn't care. Got there before check in and was happy they even gave us a room that early to have a bed to put our heads on after a red eye flight from Arizona. Of course the room was old, it's an old building, it was clean. Never took a photo because it wasn't anything to get excited about and so tiny but did in the lobby and outside. Breakfast was very nice with a great staff and location was truly great! Stayed three nights before our cruise around the UK and I'd stay again but maybe see if they have a tad bit bigger room. Love London!

Dear 565jerir, Thank you for staying with us and recommending our location to other reviewers. Our standard rooms (as many London town-house hotels) tend to be compact. We have taken the size of rooms into consideration and ensured our rates are fairly priced in this competitive Central London Market. Thank you for your feedback. . We look forward to your next visit. kind regards, Michal Pleszak Operations Manager

Came here for a 2 night break in London . This hotel is the perfect location for all the big museums and Albert hall.It is spotlessly clean throughout the hotel. We stayed in one of the heritage deluxe rooms and was pure luxury . Again spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated , fantastic power shower with lovely toiletries , slippers and robes and most importantly a very comfy bed . We were delighted to receive a bottle of wine on arrival in our room . We didn't use the restaurant so cannot comment but if the breakfast is anything to go by you will not be disappointed. Everything you may fancy from traditional English to cold meat and cheeses to pastry's in plentiful quantities. Recommended .

2nd visit to the Park decided to treat ourselves and upgrade to Heritage Room, so disappointed looked like the room was in the middle of being redecorated filler all over walls pictures not put on wall correctly in fact the standard room we had last year was better. Did complain to reception who said they would move us the following morning but no apologie, moved next day to Chelsea Junior Suite which was lovely. Breakfast was very nice and the breakfast room was spotless and waiting staff although very young were so pleasant and helpful. Will use this hotel again hopefully not room 118.

I stayed here for one night on a recent trip to London, the staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was clean ,tidy and presentable. The only downside was the hum of machinery outside my window and said window not closing properly. Having said that it didn’t impact on my nights sleep. So overall a pleasant stay.

We travelled as a group of 4 . 2 Adults 2 kids . The staff were excellent and so attentive . We had a lovely room nice and bright and airy . Couldn’t hear the traffic. Outside at all at night . The bus stop is right outside the hotel and the tube (Glouster station ) is a 5 minute walk . There are plenty of restaurants within 10 mins walk and little coffee shops / supermarkets . Breakfast was good . Room service available and no hassle dropping up ice / extra milk / tea coffee etc . The hotel was spotless too . I would highly recommend
