This is a wonderful hotel - the location is 2 minutes walk to the Earl’s court tube station and yet in a quiet neighborhood that I like to take evening walks...

This is a great hotel with outstanding, friendly yet professional staff... The hotel room was decorated in a modern style, a very comfortable bed and a bathroom with a large walk in shower... The bright and spacious breakfast room was lovely and the staff couldn't do more for their guests... On our first night the air conditioning in our room didn't function and there was a portable unit in place however this had little effect on the room temperature... When we returned later in the day the situation in the room hadn't changed and when we spoke to reception again we were offered a room change which we gladly accepted...

The hotel is old, although been refurbished... I need to mention in particular one lady at the front desk, who, when asking for a bigger room (being 3 persons), sent us to the basement - a musty room and inappropriate by all means...

Super friendly, lovely hotel. Rooms are quite large for London, and the recent refurbishment makes for a much nice bar experience in the evening... Fridges in all the rooms means you can stock your room with your own beverages, or nip down to the bar where the amazing Sara will mix you up something tasty...

I stayed here for two nights whilst in the area for business... I was a little disgruntled that I was made to make a £50 deposit at check in despite my room being booked through a travel provider contract... My room was in the basement, it was quite cold and dark in my room and it felt quite dated and in need of a refurbishment... I stayed at the hotel with 5 colleages, 2 of us were in the basement and had the same issues with our room, where as the other 3 has rooms upstairs and were quite impressed... Based on my own experiences I probably wouldn't decide to stay here again, I would had felt different had my room been better... My suggestion would be to request a room that isn't in the basement...

The reception desk staff and those working at breakfast were always most efficient and very willing to help and assist whenever required... Finally, we’d like to mention by name Lina on weekend breakfast duty who possesses a very positive and cheerful disposition and for whom nothing was too much trouble ….. this really enhanced the enjoyment of our stay at this excellent hotel...

Especially Barbara, I didn't know the area very well and wanted to go for a morning walk, and she has recommended my route and drew it out for me... We often stay at this hotel due to its easy and direct connection, via the Tube station situated across the road, to Heathrow Airport. It’s also located in a reasonably safe, busy and diverse district of central London... The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, with very good facilities, and each room has been tastefully and individually decorated to a modern boutique style... Breakfast is individually prepared to order, with a varied continental style option as a buffet... The reception desk staff and those working at breakfast were always most efficient and very willing to help and assist whenever required...

...Room was cosy, clean and modern looking with great facilities. Hotel is ideally placed for tubes, places to eat and drink and easily accessible to other parts of London... The reception team were very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about area... We only ate breakfasts at the Indigo but these were really delicious and we were spoilt for choice... I am gluten intolerant but had bread etc provided... The cooked breakfast was so good and filling that we didn’t eat again until early evening... Alicia who welcomed us every morning was a delight... She was so happy and cheerful and always ensured we were well looked after and had prompt service...

...It is in a prime location for all activities in London as you are 1 minute walk from Earl's Court tube station and a 30 minute tube ride from Heathrow. The breakfast was superb and really set you up for the day and the power rain shower was amazing... We stayed in a Queen bed premium room with view out to Barkston Gardens, which I had requested, for 3 nights... The room was satisfactory with free beverages topped up and fresh linen and towels provided daily... Although this room had good amenities I feel the "premium" description does not match the room provided... Deapite this, overall this hotel is very good value for money and I would stay here again...

...Great vibes from the start, staff are full of smiles, helpful and fully engaged in the process of making the stay as pleasant as possible. Comfortable and well designed bedroom and bathroom... Shout out to the charming Marya, Lina and Nathan who looked after us in the dining area...

...Our stay at the hotel was perfect we booked a room for all the family (4) and the room was spacious and clean with big bathroom. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and trying to make our stay exceptional... Special thanks to Mihalis and Giovanna at the breakfast who made us feel special!!!... The breakfast had everything to charge you and start your day with a variety of choices and an extra special set menu of hot plates to select...

...Charming hotel, less than 5 minutes walk from Earl's Court underground station. (It should be noted, Earl's Court station is on a direct line to Heathrow)... A few feet down a quiet street, with a small park across Barkston Gardens... Hotel staff were wonderful, scrambled eggs at breakfast were greasy, and could have used some cheddar cheese melted into them...

...Rooms felt very homely and the complementary drinks in the fridges was a nice touch. We only had to wait 30 minutes for our final room which was worth the wait... Overall a great stay and very accessible for the tube also...

I have booked and stayed in the premium room for 4 nights... The front desk lady Victoria was also helpful... The team serving breakfast was extremely helpful on 17/11-18/11... The full Monty breakfast was tasty and hot from the kitchen... The location of the hotel near Earl Court Station is very convenient to and from Heathrow via Piccadilly line...

...The rooms are clean and modern, but relatively small. The bathroom was equipped with both a shower and a bath tub, but there wasn't a lot of shelf space in the bathroom... On the plus side, the hotel is very near the Earl's Court tube station, and that basically makes London very accessible... Just tap your chipped credit or debit card on the reader, and you will save a lot of money traveling on the tube.)...

A great location and a lovely hotel. Perfect location while in city , stones throw from Earl’s Court station... Exquisite boutique room with everything needed... So clean and comfortable Fridge with free drinks... Amazing staff and wow the breakfast perfect base while in city... Amazing new dinner menu with wine and cocktails tried fish n chips, beef and vegetables, chicken wings and curry we all loved every bit of it...

Transportation at Earl's Court was a short walk away from Hotel Indigo... The Natural History Museum is also within walking distance... The room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated... The breakfast, if a person would choose to include it as part of his/her stay, was delicious... The wait staff were friendly and helpful...

The hotel is very convenient for Earls Court Tube and is my preferred go to hotel... As a regular I am greeted by name which is a really nice touch... The breakfast is very good quality and a good range of items to suit all tastes... The bathrooms are excellent and I always sleep really well...
