Stayed in early October and service was very good overall with great breakfast; on the other hand the lift broke down and I would prefer the shampoo and stuff were individually wrapped. But the room was very nice. In new Covid rules they could not store baggage for me, but they let me extend the room stay for a few hours so that I could store the baggage in the room. Like the flexibility. I hope once Covid is over they would let us store baggage again.

We stayed here during our London Christmas markets trip last year. It's a bit out of the way for being able to walk to the touristy things, but we knew that as it wasn't our first visit and we didn't need to see all the sights. The room was a spacious size for London and was decorated in such a cute, colorful way. The building is a converted row house and very cozy and charming. The staff was lovely as well. My husband let them know we were also celebrating our anniversary and we had rose's and chocolates awaiting in our room upon arrival. It was such a lovely touch. We would definitely choose this hotel on future visits.

A few of us all checked in to attend a family wedding. Ideally situated within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, pubs etc. The reception staff and bar staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, and we were offered space to store our luggage for the day. The bride and groom found a wonderful and romantic display in their bedroom after the wedding. Breakfast was a good experience, being served everything we asked for at our tables. The beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms modern and well equipped. Our room location meant we were not disturbed by traffic from the main road.

we really enjoyed our stay at hotel indigo, the hotel is super easy to get to being just round the corner from earl’s court underground station, the room was cleaned to a high standard and very well presented, the on site Italian was great, just a pity we only had a reduced menu to choose from due to covid-19, the staff were super friendly especially Barbara on reception who was very accommodating and was more than happy to help with any issue we had, would definitely stay here again.
