My wife and I were apprehensive about visiting a hotel whilst Covid-19 was around, however, staying at this hotel, certainly calmed our fears. From arrival until we left, we were totally happy with what the hotel had put in place as contingencies. The check in and check out was excellent, and all took place under the strictest of conditions. The tables for breakfast were well laid out, and we were served all of our food at the table. In summary, if you have any doubts about visiting this hotel during the current pandemic, please be assured that the measures that the hotel has put in place, are superb, and I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
Upon arrival the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. We booked the Queen Suite and the room was a great size. We loved the crystal wine glasses and tumblers within the room as well as the ‘Lordship’ and ‘Ladyship’ mugs. The complimentary mini bar including some alcoholic drinks was a lovely touch. The hotel cannot currently store luggage, however we were given a complimentary late 2pm check out to store our cases in our room for longer. The Blackbird Pub next door was also very welcoming with great Covid procedures and a good menu. We had breakfast included with our stay at Hotel Indigo and breakfast was lovely. It is table service with a menu and although the menu is a cooked option menu I asked if there was a cereal and a yoghurt option which there was. Highly recommend. Happy Christmas to all the Hotel Indigo staff 🎄🎅🏼🥰 …
My husband and I stayed for two midweek nights. We got a very good Black Friday deal through booking.com and paid something like £60/night with breakfast included. The location of the hotel is amazing, a 2 minute walk from Earl’s Court station which is served by 2 tube lines. We did a nice walk from the hotel through South Kensington and into Central London which took a couple of hours but the area and architecture is gorgeous! The room we stayed in was very nice. We were concerned the bed was a bit small (I booked a Queen room, not sure if they have King rooms available) but it was so comfortable and not a problem at all. Great shower too. Breakfast was a la carte and very tasty. Good coffee as well! All the staff we encountered were lovely, specifically the gent on reception in the day. We arrived about half hour early from the check in time to see if we could drop our bags but the room was ready so we were able to go right up. We were also offered a complimentary late check out. My face covering broke and I was given a new one free of charge. Little things that made a difference and made us feel very welcome! There was an issue with the lift being broken. We had to use the stairs a couple of times. Not a problem for us but if you have mobility issues, I would ask for a ground floor room just to be safe. Despite this, it was still a 5* experience and we would stay again! …
We had a lovely stay this weekend. Very happy to be told everything in fridge was complimentary and that included wine (red and white) beer, water, cokes etc. Staff were very friendly, the beds where very clean and super hot shower. I would say overall the rooms are in excellent condition but occasional wear a tear that needs sprucing up. (Cracked tile) Managed to get a vegan cooked breakfast although bigger potions would have been appreciated. Solid, clean hotel in London at very good price thanks
Stayed in early October and service was very good overall with great breakfast; on the other hand the lift broke down and I would prefer the shampoo and stuff were individually wrapped. But the room was very nice. In new Covid rules they could not store baggage for me, but they let me extend the room stay for a few hours so that I could store the baggage in the room. Like the flexibility. I hope once Covid is over they would let us store baggage again.
