It was so nice staying at Hotel Indigo with my family. Comfortable, colorful rooms with warm-cooked breakfasts each morning. The breakfast staff, Alicia, Maria, and Hanna were especially friendly, and were very accommodating with anything we were looking for :)
The Earl's Court tube station which is just around the corner will let you get to all London's attractions on time. Barbara, Daniel and their colleagues will look after you so you will be leaving reluctantly.
The hotel is very convenient for Earls Court Tube and is my preferred go to hotel. I am frequently in London. The staff are really friendly on the front desk, especially Emanuela. As a regular I am greeted by name which is a really nice touch. The breakfast is very good quality and a good range of items to suit all tastes. It is several buildings (I am guessing Victorian) which have been knocked into one. As such the rooms do vary in size and shape but thats its charm. The bathrooms are excellent and I always sleep really well. Looking forward to my next visit.
I travel regularly for both work and pleasure and therefore limit my reviews to those that go beyond expectations - both positive and negative. Unfortunately it’s the latter in this case. I don’t know where to begin. We travelled from Dorset and called ahead to discuss parking. We were greeted by a friendly chap who checked which Indigo hotel we were travelling to and then confirmed parking is first come first serve. That worked for us. We arrived to find there is no parking, which was confusing but not the end of the world. I was looking forward to the well informed receptionist to guide us to alternatives - the receptionist was confused and kept saying we don’t have parking. I’m sure we weren’t the first to drive to the hotel? Eventually a parking recommendation arrived but with flaky commitments (‘you might find a space here and it’s 10 minutes walk’) Disappointing start but these things happen. We were then given keys to our room (not shown to our room - and I understand why now!) we were given a room in the basement. It was hard to find initially and the reason for this was because it was at the end of a corridor with approximately 80 large bags of washing piled up either side of the wall. It wasn’t clear whether this was clean or dirty and piled so high I could barely pull my suitcase through. When I arrived at the room I found it had minimal natural light. It was dark, dingy and after navigating the laundry pile, wasn’t acceptable for me. The receptionist was understanding and moved us to another room. I’ve attached pictures of the standard of the premium room we’ve ‘enjoyed’ for the weekend. Tired and mouldy, we’ve both woken up with blocked noses and sore throats. In addition to this: - there is no sound proofing whatsoever - cigarette butts litter the balcony - other guests complaining about their rooms leaking from the roof To top it off when we checked out we weren’t even asked about our stay - hence why I’m leaving this review on a public forum. I really struggle to provide any positive feedback other than the bedding was clean, the domestic staff were friendly and it was a good location. My honest advice - book a premier inn who can at least take pride in doing the basics well, which this hotel sadly can’t. Stephen…
What a pleasant surprise to have such a nice welcome, in incredibly well located hotel just adjacent to Earl’s Court station. Rooms are compact but comfortable. Included breakfasts are among the best I’ve had. Thanks to Michael, Bev, Will and Nathan among the wait staff who served breakfast. I shall return! Chris Zachary, Los Angeles USA
I have visited this hotel a number of times with work. Every time the welcome has been good, checking in swift and rooms clean and comfortable. This trip I had an issue with my booking and the staff could not have done more to help me resolve it. They were excellent and I really appreciated their help. Breakfast is well provisioned. Beds are comfy and the air con is a delight. Overall great location and value for money.
One of the best hotels in the area to stay and relax. Lovely front office staff, special mention to Jamal and Victoria, wonderful and helpful people. Beautiful restaurants and service on point. They treat you in an unique way, and it is reassuring since this is my first time in this place, and I do not regret it; in the contrary, I would definitely come back if I have the chance. I would definitely recommend the place
Nice little hotel in a good location right on Earl's Court. Unfortunately, the air conditioning sometimes made inexplicable noises at night, but they weren't too loud. We absolutely cannot confirm bad reviews about the service. Having stayed in many hotels in many countries, the staff here are definitely some of the friendliest we have ever encountered. Special thanks to the helpful and attentive team in the breakfast room: Alicia, Hanna, Maria Thank you for a very pleasant stay!
We had the best time at hotel indigo! Sara was the best bartender with quality drinks and better conversation, truly enjoy the happy hour! We couldn’t have asked for our better stay during our time in London.
We had a wonderful stay at this nice property! Faojia was amazing and took great care of us. The hotel is very well located with easy access to bus and subway station. We liked the decor and the room was quite spacious. We highly recommend!
