We attended a conference held in the conference center within the Ibis London Earls Court Hotel. The conference was 5 days long, so we booked our room as well. The conference center was fine, and made up for what the rooms lacked.

We stayed here for two nights while attending a concert in the Royal Albert Hall in early May. Though the hotel is located somewhat far from central London, the West Brompton tube and overground station is within walking distance. Staff was friendly and always willing to help. The rooms were a little dusty, though all in all relatively clean. The... More

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and here is some good and constructive criticism: Positives: Comfortable bed, close walking distance to the tube, shower was nice. Buffet breakfast was pretty good for a 3 star hotel. Negatives: Hotel staff didn't look happy working there. WIFI did not work. We wete given two single beds for honeymooners (disappointing).... Although it is comfy with friendly staff and the restaurant is adequate I won't use it again. As a tourist it would have been easier commuting wise to stay closer to London centre. There is not much to see locally (unless a Chelsea supporter} and the local streets are filthy with rubbish. Rail station is close but crowded if going... More

My husband and stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We took the metro from the Eurostar train station and a little difficulty finding this hotel. You must get off at west Brompton or you are in for over a 20 minute walk. The hotel was quite large, and included a free breakfast. It was close to the city, which... More

Myself and five friends stayed here. We had a fantastic time the rooms were lovely and clean. Had the Saturday evening buffet, for only £12.50 and it was well worth it. Eating as much as you could. Breakfast I thought was a little over priced at £11.50 but it was also buffet. Chef could not do crispy bacon which I... More

This hotel is way out of the city centre, with very little nearby to do or see. It was booked for us through a coach tour. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was continental and fine. Kensington gardens and Hyde Park are walkable, but about 40 mins away. Its about a 5-10 min walk from the subway. Would I stay... More

Staff are friendly & are happy to assist guests with any requests. The major annoyance is the terrible WiFi service. They have just changed internet providers & the current speed available renders the WiFi next to useless. Staff advise that their new internet provider is working on the problem but no remediation time frame is currently available. Not good enough... More

I stayed here in the last week of July 2016. Situated a short walk from West Brompton station, which has great train connections all over London. A warm welcome on my arrival, complimented by a clean & spacious room. The self service breakfast room is situated on the first floor. Where you have a choice to pay for a continental,... More
