I stayed in Best Western Burns Hotel a couple of nights in November, and was over-all pleased with my stay. This room was not bad at all, and in an ideal location: Very close to Earl's Court tube station, and withing walking distance of Hyde Park etc. It was super easy to get around from here! Lots of restaurants nearby... More

Booked a single room at this hotel just minutes from Earls Court underground and overlooking Barkston Gardens. The room is compact for a single room but comfortable and did not lack anything that you needed. Bathroom with bath and shower; comfortable single bed, everything clean and tidy. The windows can be opened as there are no heating controls and it... More

We spent 4 nights at the BW Burns hotel. The hotel is conveniently located in a nice neighborhood near the Earls Court underground station on the Piccadilly line. We used this line to see most of the main London sights..including the theater district and a football/soccer game at arsenal stadium. The hotel staff was very nice. They took special requests... Adequate room but the stay was made by the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to go the extra mile to help. Food reasonable for the price. Location good for those arriving from the west and easy for accessing London at a moderate price

Wasn't expecting a palace as it was a theatre/hotel deal but the hotel was clean, if a little outdated in parts. Good position near to tube, local shops, pub restaurants etc. Staff really helpful, smiley and chatty. Were able to leave our cases on our check out day and collect later so making it easy to do some baggage free... More

Thank you for your review for Burns Hotel. It's great to see that you were overall happy with room and the location of the hotel, which is very suitable for getting into the heart of London. I'm glad you were happy with everything apart from delay getting your gluten free breakfast. This will be addressed in the near future so... More

After arriving at this hotel at around 7.30 am following a long flight, we asked reception could we store our luggage until checkin time, we were told that yes that would be fine and that they had a room that had been checked out of earlier that day and that they would immediately have it serviced to allow us early... Considering where it is a great place for cheap. Got upgraded to a massive room on the ground floor which worried me but it wasn't noisy. The rooms are clean if not a little dated. Great nights sleep. Defiantly staying again!

The hotel is on a side street of the Earl’s Court Road, 5 minutes walk from Earl’s Court Station. The front of the hotel overlooks the Barkston Gardens, a pleasant area of trees, regrettably fenced in and no possibility to enter. Staying in South Kensington

Neighborhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
