Rooms are spacious, friendly staff. They have a team of 3 cleaners and they always do a good job. ( At Nell Gywnn House, only one cleaner and will only clean properly if you stay behind to supervise. ) Great location and safe to stay as only one entrance. The front desk will help you print what you need, 24/hrs. ( At Nell Gywnn, they only print from management office and open from 9-5pm) It's air conditioned.

We had a perfect stay at 130 Queen’s Gate. The area is so quiet and elegant, all the shops, bars and restaurants are 5 mins walking distance. You have also bus stations nearby. The apartment is very elegant, clean and well maintained, very comfy bed, cosy living room and terrace. The kitchen with all essential tools. I felt like home. The staff is so welcoming and polite, always ready to help. I have to mention Mr. Virgil who made us feel at home there, very attentive, careful to fulfil our needs. Thank you, Virgil! I would highly recommend 130 Queen’s Gate! Very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We’ll be back soon.

It was a perfect place for family, amazing location in the heart of queens gate , very clean rooms, kitchen and elevator, cooperative , helpful and kind staff , I would like to express my sincer thank to the employee (Virgil) in the reception office, we faced a problem with the taxi to airport and he helps us immediately. Many thanks to him and to the all staff and management. It will be our favourite place in London.

As many people have been experiencing in England, we had our flight cancelled and had to stay an additional 3 nights in London. We picked this service apartment as the online photos showed ample space and its location was fantastic. The location of the property is as stated, with a large array of restaurants for every palate nearby. The other positive was the size of the room, with a large seating area and a kitchen with a washer/dryer. Where the property falls short, is its terrible upkeep. The room was very very dirty, we found hairs on the desk chair, on the desk, and on the couch. There was a cigarette next to the bed and worse of all, myself and my kids developed a small rash/itch from the room. It was extremely dusty. Housekeeping service is only available Mon/Wed/Fri meaning, if you arrive on Friday like we did, for a 3 night stay at 500gbp a night, you get zero HK service. We asked for a vacuum on the second day as we could not stand the dirt anymore, we were called to return it as another guest was requesting it, so it seems the cleanliness issue is rampant. The one clear highlight is their front office, there was a fantastic gentlemen there named Virgil, who was warm, sincere, helpful and well informed. It is a shame that a property of this sort is left in this state. Many of these issues are easily solved, but it is easy to see that management is not inspecting rooms and not present, as the unkept nature of the property is so extremely apparent. The rooms are dated, and the technology does not function well. Wires are exposed under the TV's. This property is in dire need of an update.

The apparent is worse experience of my life, i stayed here for 8 days and out of 8 days they give just 3 days house keeping, the behaviour of reception people was so bad infact will say non coperative, they charge me appx 780 GBP per night and thats for 1 bed room apparent, after paying so much, they give me house keeping for 3 times out of 8 days, and reason was same old covid problem and all that staff does not came back, well its there responsibility to arrange staff, charging so much and putting things on covid is not justify, i ask them just to give a cleaning for 15 mins at reception but they dont even talk to house keeping people, straight they deny, further on day of check out, check out time was 11 am, i request them just to give me 15 mins extra by 11.15 but they dont have courtesy to give 15 mins grace, reason was same old we are very busy today and cant, again i ask them, is there any hotel in world who cant give grace of 15 mins also even after charging so much, well will only say worst apartment, worst staff and worst experience

My experience is 1 Very very dirty apartment The one of the staff was rude They used pictures totally different than what we are in now !!! The deposit was only 300£. But because we are not British they took 800£ this is not acceptable. We paid a lot of money and they said yeah we are sorry because we are full!!

Following a difficult AirBnB encounter I looked online and found this to be exactly what I am looking for but feared the same fate of photos looking tidier than real life . So I physically went there and was greeted by the wonderful Yusuf who could not have been more accommodating or hospitable if he tried . He has gone above and beyond to make us feel happy and well received . He showed me around the two and the three bed flats and I have to say in reality the place looks better than the photos . The place is squeaky clean and the service provided from every staff member is excellent. I also have to single out Mahfouz (if I got the name correct ) and Thomas the bellman . We ended up staying 10 days there and we had an incredibly good time . I am returning again very soon . Highly recommended for families .

The property was in a great location near the museums and Harrods. Staff was efficient and friendly. Apartment was very spacious and well appointed for two people. Kitchen and bath very clean as well. We had a wonderful stay here and I would certainly stay here again in the future.
