Nice little hotel perfectly located near Sloane Square. The deco is amazing and it feels like home. The rooms are quite big for London standards. The staff, mainly Italian, is very friendly. The little rooftop terrace is a nice plus.

This charming and homely boutique hotel has gorgeous interiors and staff that go out of their way to please. We only stayed one night in a small suite but loved the Victorian ambience and super-comfy four poster bed. One could spend a week here and feel at home and not in a hotel. Some grumbles: The room service tea should... More

This was meant to be a “treat” on a recent trip to the UK – it unfortunately failed to live up to everything it promised! The hotel is located in lovely, upmarket Chelsea, about 10 minutes’ walk from the Sloane Square Underground Station. The reception when we arrived was lukewarm and we were not offered any assistance with our bags... More

Staff were really helpful, the position was fantastic.close to many attractions or a short bus or tube ride from the others. The room I stayed at was on 2 levels, extremely comfortable and clean. Good breakfast.

If you are going to a couples, calm trip to London, this is the best place to be! In the beautiful town of chelsea, you are calm and relax but just a few tube stops to the city center... We actually walked everyday to the city center! Loved it! And really recomend it!

We liked this place. It is small, cosy and tasteful. A refined mix of Italy and thoroughly British. If you like Chelsea, this is a wonderful hotel. We asked for a ground floor room/suite, which was confirmed after some effort (from our side). We were upgraded to the master room on the first floor, and that was of course a... More

Staying in Chelsea

Neighborhood Profile
Chelsea
Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops, eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal a quieter side of Chelsea. Here the stately Royal Hospital hosts its world-famous flower show, and the Thames rolls along at a lazy pace, with leafy Battersea Park and its Peace Pagoda beckoning from across the river.
