We went for a meal on a Monday afternoon for our dog’s birthday and everything was wonderful: food, service, atmosphere, team members, kindness, everything. Chinmay who took care of us throughout the whole service was very kind, professional and willing to make us happy! Charles who also took care of us was exactly the same! Such great and caring staff members. Highly recommended, you feel like at home in the heart of London! And of course the dog menu is just superbe, every detail was there to make our little one and us super happy (little dog’s set ready at our table before our arrival). Such a great experience, would definitely recommend! Thanks again to Chinmay and Charles and see you soon!

I recently visited the Egerton House Hotel for afternoon tea with a group of friends. The hotel itself is relatively small, but felt spacious inside, even with social distancing in place. It has a lovely boutique feel, but did get a bit noisy at times as they also offer a dog-friendly afternoon tea experience. The hotel catered very well to my dietary requirements, with an interesting vegan afternoon tea menu. My sandwiches included: cucumber; rocket & guacamole; roasted vegetables; tomato & olive tapenade; & a delicious coronation chickpea. This was followed by a plain scone & a fruit scone, served with coconut cream & jam. The cakes included: jam tart; lavender shortbread; chocolate cherry cupcake; carrot cake; plum posset & champagne truffle. There was also an excellent selection of teas available, including black, white, green, herbal & flowering options. The food tasted good, with crumbly scones & moist cakes, but I did find some of the bread a bit dry on some of the sandwiches. The service was excellent, with attentive staff, frequent refills of tea & the possibility to order extra sandwiches/cakes. Although I knew it was going to be expensive & the hotel did offer refills, I wasn’t expecting the additional service charge, which bumped the total cost up to £60 – this felt rather steep for a standard afternoon tea. As such, I would recommend it for a one-off treat or very special occasion, but be aware of the cost!

We enjoyed very much on our vacation at the Egerton house hotel. The room was fabulous, especially the luxurius bath and the cozy linens. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was rich and varied. For our birthday we were surprised with champagne, cake and candles from the staff. We will be back for sure!!!

Absolutely faultless. Wonderful staff, stunning staff and a great ambience. The staff could not be more welcoming and the whole experience was fantastic. The Egerton House is tucked away in a quiet street but is only a couple of hundred yards from Harrods and the shops of Knightsbridge

I’ve been going through a rough break up over the last few weeks, and I wanted to treat myself and I friend to a night away. I wanted to bring my dogs as, well, why not! I came across The Egerton House Hotel and immediately knew this was the place! Before even booking, I was in contact with some of the staff, Scott & Natalia, who advised on their availability, types of rooms & prices, options for dining and even the possibility of arranging an in room massage. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Natalia, Mustafa & Charles, who were so friendly & welcoming. They made a huge fuss of the dogs, made us feel welcome, and we knew nothing would be too much trouble. Natalia dog sat for an hour to enable my friend and I to nip out and grab some food. We had afternoon tea, and so did the dogs! It was fabulous! The dogs joined us for drinks in the bar that evening too. They also enjoyed their breakfast of scrambled egg & chicken in the morning. What a fantastic stay, will be back! Thank you to all the brilliant staff :)
