Amongst the many trips to London and having stayed across may hotels, Dukes stands out as a memorable experience. It’s location, cosy setting, warm and helpful staff and comfortable rooms all added to the wonderful experience. I am looking forward to returning very soon and hope all staff and management of the hotel are safe and healthy. I am constantly reminded of this wonderful stay by a Signature tune played on the TV in the rooms. Can’t recall the song or the singer, however, would love to know from the staff if possible. Needless to say it added to the already memorable experience. Regards, Rahul Oberoi

Having not stayed at the hotel before we decided to do just that due to us enjoying their bar so much. To say we where pleased with our decision would be an understatement. Even during these difficult times the greeting was incredibly warm and any staff we encountered made us feel very welcome. Our main reason for staying was I'm a Martini lover so coming here is always high on the list. Despite Alessandro having the weekend off the rest of his team treated us superbly on every occasion we had drinks. Overall a really great stay and the next time we visit London we'll 100% book again.

A hidden gem of a Hotel in the heart of central London. With charm, legends, a fine bar, and 1st class amazing staff. Customer service counts so much and ALL the staff excel in this hotel. Highly recommended in all respects, but if you want to be really spoiled try their trademark Gin Martinis, but don’t have more that two !!!!

This hotel is in a great location within walking distance of many of London's sights while being nice and quiet. We liked the traditional look and feel of the place and it has always been on our list to stay at Dukes. We stayed for 2 nights and got a good breakfast-inclusive rate directly off their website. The hotel was very covid-compliant with all staff wearing masks and a clearly-marked one way route around the hotel. The hotel was not very busy and as such the restaurant was closed so we had to have breakfast in the lounge. There is a good choice for breakfast and the full English was very good, with fresh orange juice and decent coffee. There were a couple of little glitches though : on the first morning no butter and marmalade arrived with the toast, even though it was asked for. It appeared that there was only one member of staff on who had difficulty serving everything when the place got full and it looked as though the receptionist was helping out. On the second morning the OJ was not fresh ie it was out of a carton and the bacon was over-cooked. We enjoyed cocktails in the lovely bar on both evenings-be sure to reserve a table as it is very popular with non-residents, even in mid week. We would stay here again, but probably when things are back to normal.

I allways enjoy comming back to the Dukes - almost feel like home. The service is great and personal. Location is fantastic - in the middle of everything and at the same time "hidden away". And never forget to have a cocktail in the bar.
