This is a nice 4 star hotel on Piccadilly so very central. We had a room on the 15th floor which you had to take stairs as the elevator only goes to the 14th... Our room was small and very badly laid out as there was nowhere convenient to put the luggage rack and the closet doors restricted entry... The worst of the room however was that the A/C didn’t work and it was 80+F in London that week...

...However, when we returned later that evening and were allocated our room we found it had only a double bed but we had booked in 3 adults... When a hotel is expecting 3 guests I don’t expect to have to make the additional bed up ourselves... I don’t expect to have to move furniture when I check into a room at 10pm at night...

...The staff were friendly and I had a room on the 12th Floor which gave me fantastic views. Room was small, but had everything you needed and a great bathroom with a fantastic sized shower... Only issue was room lacked plug sockets and I had to keep moving everything around, especially when working...

...For various reasons (thanks RMT), had to rebook at short notice for date only a couple of weeks in advance, and had to accept a lesser room, without breakfast at a higher rate. So my advice to any travellers is to keep an eye on the rates, as they do move... The lesser room, was a classic room, and whilst clean, it was quite a bit smaller than expected... However, would certainly stay at the Cavendish again, but give a better grade room the chance...

We stayed at the Cavendish celebrating our daughters 40th birthday ... The only downside of the hotel was our room, this was located near a club, as it was a Saturday night it was noisy and busy and lots of cars driving around very fast and honking horns , so not much sleep from 2am onwards !... So if booking a room ,don't ask for room 508 or on that side of the hotel ... Our daughter was in Room 403, on the other side of the hotel and that was a bigger twin room away from the noise of the clubs...

We booked a superior room for £560 for the night. There was nothing superior about the room... it was the smallest room i've ever seen and was hard for two people to move around it to get ready for a night out... How they could charge £500 for this tiny room i have no idea.... shouldn't have charged more than about £150...

We stayed at the Cavendish for one week... We arrived around 12:30 PM and the rooms were not ready, but we stored our bags and went for tea!... Rooms were clean, we booked two standard rooms for our stay... The rooms were VERY small, which was fine for me because I was alone, but my couple friends were stuck with a full bed (not a queen) and very little room... The reason it isn't a five star is the size of the room and the small beds... I would upgrade to a larger room next time, but would definitely stay here again...

Great hotel for a vacation trip to London... It is well located and an easy walk to many points of interest: Piccadilly Circus, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Chinatown etc... Definitely a nice enough hotel... This is a nice part of London, but without a bit of a walk, almost all of the nearby restaurants are "$$$$"... There is a Tesco Express not too far away and a few Pret a Mangers... I did not have the opportunity to explore into Soho but it is fairly convenient to this hotel and if I visited agains I would check it out, probably good places to eat there...

Fabulous first impression from the moment you pull up to the front. I didn't get his name but the member of the concierge team who greeted my cab, took my luggage etc was incredibly professional and warm throughout my entire stay... I was very early for check in and wanted to leave my case but Anastasia on reception was fantastic and said not only was my room available but she had also upgraded me which was a lovely surprise... My room was very nice with a great bathroom... The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic, 5 minutes to Regent Street and about a 7 minute walk to Buckingham palace and the gorgeous park beside it... Definitely recommend this hotel and will 100% base myself here every time I go to London from now on, delighted to have found it...

...Stayed one night and had a very pleasant stay. Reema on the front desk was very helpful when we checked in and all the other staff we came into contact with were welcoming and friendly... Our room, on the 8th floor, was very good, had all the amenities you would expect plus a huge bed!... The location of the hotel was excellent for our purposes, everything we needed was within easy walking distance, including Charing Cross station... Can’t comment on the hotel restaurant as we didn’t eat there, nevertheless we’d be very happy to stay there again and recommend it to others...

...This was our complimentary rooms, kindly given to us after a previous stay. It felt like a completely different place, our bags were taken on arrival and entry into our rooms were immediate... Rooms were perfect for our family of four... Clean spacious and with everything you need... Breakfast was also much nicer than before...

We booked ourselves into the cavendish as it is very central to all the attractions in London... The bathroom was very small though and felt like it should of been a lot bigger for the size of the room...

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Great service comfortable rooms and best location... Fortnum & Masons is just across the road and all key locations within walking distance...

...The room looked very tired, although having adjustable air conditioning and a great view was a real advantage. However wifi access was only possible when standing near the door to the room, which is pretty unacceptable in these times... On the plus side, the breakfast buffet was pretty good and the location is still excellent...

...Would expect a mini bar at a hotel like this (I booked a superior double) We were on the 14th floor but it was very noisy with cars bibbing all night & a very noisy glass collection around 6am!... The location was perfect for us, great bathroom & toiletries & lovely view!...

...Having said that, the Cavendish is in a quieter (more peaceful) and probably more upmarket area. Jermyn street is quiet at night and the hotel has easy access to everything around it (Mayfair, Hyde Park Knightsbridge, the Palace, Kings Road area, Covent Garden etc) London is so expensive for hotels in my opinion... you will definitely pay £1000 for 3 nights in a 4 star in a good area like this...
