The Park Tower Knightsbridge, a Luxury Collection Hotel, London, boasts a prime central location that guests consistently commend for its convenience. However, the hotel's atmosphere and rooms face criticism for appearing outdated, and the lack of modern amenities leads to mixed reviews.
While the establishment is celebrated for its cleanliness and some instances of professional service, the value is questioned as many travelers advise that the experience does not match the luxury price point. Moreover, service levels are inconsistent, with reports of both warm interactions and slow responses.

Detailed Reviews
We stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights in multiple rooms. We read the reviews before our stay so our expectations were not high. We were right. First of all, this hotel is NOT a luxury collection. It's owned by a third party (middle east) and Not Marriott corporate. We've stayed at luxury collections before and this hotel is nowhere near luxury. The hotel is very dated. The rooms are the same with older furniture, hallways have old carpet, the smell of the room is not very pleasant. The air conditioning was not working well 26 degrees min. This was the issue in both rooms. We asked for a fan and they brought only one tiny table top fan. Toiletries were very poor, but beds were comfy. The service at the front desk was actually good. The staff was polite. Breakfast buffet was awful. We asked for soft boiled eggs and we had to wait 25 min and they came hard boiled. When we pointed out to our server (older man), he just talked to himself and the next morning he was rude to us for no reason. The food at the buffet was the worst breakfast we've see in a long while, the quality is very poor. Do not pay for breakfast, eat somewhere else. I don't think it was even worth it if it was free. Again, this is NOT a luxury collection by any standards, not even a regular Marriott standard. We moved to London Marriott Park Lane and that is a great property with top notch service, bell personnel and amazing club lounge.

A lovely small luxury hotel in the perfect location, I would definitely recommend.
It looks nothing from the outside and yes the bedroom decor is a bit dated in colour. Everything was clean. Large bedroom with UK super king size bed that was incredibly comfortable. We had 3 rooms, 5 people and everyone said the same. Lovely to have a large window, view was better on the side that was furthest from the lift.
Large bathroom with bath and separate large shower. Face cloths provide which isn’t as common these days.
We didn’t eat in the hotel, it’s very overpriced. But so is the area, I paid £2.50 for a 330ml plastic bottle of water from the ice cream van round the corner. I bought a 1ltr glass bottle of water from Planet Organic the next day for £1.30.

We visited London to celebrate my daughter’s 1st birthday. We stayed at the park tower for two weeks. As Marriott ambassador, I have tried many Marriott hotels and the park tower was excellent. First is the location, which was second to none. In front of hide park and in the heart of Knightsbridge. The rooms were very nice and clean. Service was excellent, as we had a baby we needed extra help and multiple room cleaning and it was always fast and spotless. Many thanks to Nejla from breakfast as she helped us a lot with our daughter, having her food ready on time and helping us keeping her busy, which made the breakfast experience much better. Also many thanks to Andrea Costa as he made our stay more comfortable with his constant help with our luggage. We had around 180 kg of luggages and he help us move them multiple times very quickly without breaking a sweat. He will always be there when you call him.
Overall, the experience we had at the park tower is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and I hope to visit again in the future.

Our recent stay at Park Tower Knightsbridge was a major disappointment, far from the luxury experience promised. Despite booking a twin room specifically for two adults and a young child with breakfast included, we were informed at check-in that only one adult and one child would receive breakfast—a misleading claim that caused immediate inconvenience.
Unfortunately, the issues only grew from there. Our room wasn’t ready at the promised time, and we waited over an hour due to repeated empty promises from the staff. We finally received access to our room—but without any guidance on the floor number, our suitcases were not delivered to our room, and no one offered information on hotel services we could access. The disregard for basic hospitality was staggering.
When the baby crib we had requested was finally delivered, it was without a pillow or blanket—a shocking oversight for a five-star hotel. To close the curtains, we had to stand on the table which speaks volumes about the lack of practical amenities. The room was unsafe for children, with open sockets and exposed cables. These are unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one marketing itself as a luxury destination.
Service throughout was incredibly poor. Staff in the breakfast hall were slow and disorganized, frequently forgetting our orders and requiring multiple reminders. Each morning began with frustration and disorganization. The rooms, marketed as high-end, are not even soundproof, leaving us disturbed by hallway noise and activities in neighboring rooms.
To top it off, rather than taking responsibility, the staff repeatedly deflected blame onto Booking.com, which is unprofessional and dismissive.
This hotel is nowhere near the standard it claims to be, and I strongly urge others to avoid it. Management needs a complete overhaul if they hope to meet even the most basic expectations.

Dear Ms Josee, Thank you for providing your candid feedback about your recent stay at The Park Tower Knightsbridge. We are truly sorry that your experience did not meet the standards of luxury, comfort, and service that we strive to provide, and we apologize for the numerous inconveniences you encountered. We understand that the confusion over your breakfast inclusion was frustrating and disruptive. We recognize how important clear communication is and will ensure that details around family bookings are reviewed and clarified to prevent future misunderstandings. We also regret that your room was not ready at the promised time and that our team did not provide the attentive support you expected, from the delay in receiving your luggage to the lack of guidance on amenities and services. Your comments regarding the setup and safety of the room, including the delivery of the crib, are particularly concerning, and we apologize for the oversights that led to an uncomfortable experience for your family. Please rest assured that your remarks about room safety and soundproofing have been shared with our management team, and we are reviewing our facilities to ensure they align with the high expectations we set for ourselves and our guests. I do not know how a 5-star hotel I stayed before in 4-star hotels that are never at this level. The sheet was cracked and I have a picture that I informed the reception of this matter and told them that bed smell from bathroom coming out to the room and the wash is leaking !! I inform the reception Twice Regarding this, and when cleaning they do not take the used cups also and they said that the manager will talk to me
and I gave them my own number to contact me to solve the problem or move to another room but no one had the interest in the guest who is me !! Even if the excuse is that it is an old hotel and the maintenance has not been renovated, especially that it is a 5-star hotel and the price of stay is not simple
and since the beginning the employees are not cooperative and not interested. I never advise anyone to stay there, not luxury room or service, and if I try to evaluate even two stars I will not give them and I have pictures of what I say

Dear Ms. Noora, Thank you for your feedback, and I sincerely apologize for the odor you experienced in your room, which was due to engineering issues. Our records indicate that the engineering team addressed the issue promptly, and there was no lingering smell during their follow-up inspection. However, we did place an Ozone machine in your room as an additional measure to refresh the air, and I regret that this did not meet your expectations. It is also unfortunate that we did not reach out to you at the time to turn your experience around. Our Manager on Duty is available 24 hours a day to assist with any concerns, and I’m sorry that we missed the opportunity to provide you with the service you deserve. I am disappointed to hear that the service from our hotel team did not meet your expectations, as we pride ourselves on delivering high-class service. This is not the usual feedback we receive about our team, and I will be reviewing your comments with them to ensure we continue to improve. If there’s anything more we can do to address your concerns, please feel free to reach out to me directly. Thank you again for your feedback. Sasha Bukina Front Office Manager

The worst hotel we’ve ever experienced.
Please be cautious not to stay in this hotel.
Rooms were dirty, dust covers everything, bed sheets are stained with blood and never changed during our whole 11 day stay.
The kettle has no electric socket near it.
The mini fridge is filled with alcohol and snacks and each item has a sensor, when removed or even moved a little bit they charge you for it, we asked them to clear the fridge but they demanded 20 pounds to do so.
The air conditioner’s control is fixed on 24 degree, the room is hot and we have no control over it!
The room’s door lock is loose and hanging off the door about to fall.
Breakfast buffet food is bad, and when its running low or finished they do not fill it up, when the food is finished thats it, you must order and they would charge you for it even if your stay is included with breakfast, bread is stale and very hard.
The hotel’s entrance door is closed at 10PM, no one can enter or check in, only residences with key cards.

I booked an overnight stay on Saturday 25th November to celebrate my birthday we checked in on line at 11am (what a waste of time) arriving at 12.30 to be told our room was not ready OK so we went to a show returning at 5pm to be told our room was not ready at 7 pm still not ready made to stand for 2 hours, nobody had the sense to ask us to go to the bar & wait & have a complementary drink, we finally got in at 7.30 no time to shower & get changed went out to dinner returning at 11. The reception is tasty, worn carpets etc, coming out the lift it’s not much better the table in our room was scratched very dissapointing for a suite that costs £3,00 per night. On checking out I refused to pay but they won’t return my 30,000 Marriot points & despite the manager promising to phone on the Monday, it’s now over a week & nothing. This is without doubt I 19 years as a Marriot silver elite member my worstexperienc

Not quite what I expected from a 'Luxury Collection' Hotel. They do not have a breakfast room, and only serve breakfast in the rooms, so we decided it was not worth the money they were charging and ate outside. There is also no Executive Floor or Lounge. The room was acceptable except that the amenities in the bathroom had very clearly been used before. The body lotion had smudges on the bottle and the shampoo was half empty. We stay in London once or twice a month and usually stay at an other 5star Hotel nearby. We wanted to give the Park Tower a try, but we will be back at our usual Hotel, as the Park Tower is clearly not up to our standards.

I stayed at this property for one night. The staff were the best thing about this property. They were very attentive and helpful. However, that is where it ends. This hotel is in dire need of a refurbishment. The rooms are very very old and smell terribly of smoke and deodorizer to cover up the smell of smoke. There wasn't even a hair dryer. Thankfully my breakfast was included as part of being a Titanium member because I'd have a problem paying £30 for a buffet breakfast with cold eggs. I would recommend staying elsewhere.

The hotel has potential to be a great hotel, but management seems to be poor. The check in experience was slow with staff staring at a screen for what seemed like hours to find a room when none were actually ready. Staff don’t seem bothered about the customer experience.
The bar was dirty especially the external area which was really unloved. When we entered there was no one in the bar however every table outside was dirty. They make you leave a card at reception with £300 taken for charges but you can’t charge your drinks to the room.
For me there are far better hotels in London that look after customers a lot better than this one.

there is no executive lounge.
There are some free weights and cardio equipment. I'd speak to the concierge and ask if there is a full service gym near the hotel you can use if you want to get in a serious workout with heavy weights.
