Broken window does not help in a very noisy neighborhood. Apparently, the building is old and it is not allowed to put double glazing, so noisy and smelly. Check the description in detail as at first, my room did not even have a toilet. There are other much better cheap hotel in the Paddington area

Understand these are bargain accommodations for London but we thought this was a great place to stay. The staff were all so friendly and helpful with lots of spot on recommendations for transportation routes, sites and restaurants. The breakfast was very good and included in the price. We were very happy with our four night stay at the Falcon.

The place was spotless, with comfy beds, and all staff were just so helpful and friendly. the hotel is such a reasonable price i didnt... More

The bathroom was hardly big enough to accommodate a shower; it was so crammed. It was more like an expensive camping experience for my family. To make matters worse, the manager berated us publicly during breakfast because we didn't book the right room for two adults and two kids. If we were at fault, I would have appreciated that the... Thank you so much for taking your time and leaving us a review. The complaints about the bathroom are so strange. The bathroom in question is a readymade standard bathroom found in hotels all over London. This guest booked a room for 2 and declared two adults for the room. In the event, the guests turned up with two grown... More

I stayed in an en-suite double, the room was comparatively small however all essentials where met, I had a decent en-suite with shower, toilet, sink and mirror. The room had a TV, small desk, full length mirror and a hot drinks station (kettle, tea, coffee, milk, sugar). The Wifi access was easy and fast, and I received a login at... More

I was told about the Falcon Hotel by people who have stayed there multiple times. You are right around the corner from the Paddington Station (Less than 5 min walk), so anywhere you want to go in London or England for that matter is a quick walk to the station. Plus there is a 24 hour shop about 75 meters... More

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free English breakfast was very good. The room was very small. The bathroom was so small I cannot close the door sitting on the toilet and I'm 5'8" 160 lbs. I cannot fit in the shower stall either. No safe box in room. The location was the best. A block from bus... More

I've been to London several times and I've never repeated the hotel choice for my stay. Bottom line, you can't expect for what you pay there, the level of comfort you may get on other destinations. With that being said, what the Falcon Hotel might lack in comfort, services, the absence of lift, even in spotless cleaning, sure makes it... More

A budget hotel. Very comfortable bed. Quiet for London. Very convenient for Paddington station. Very clean. Small room and very small en suite shower. No lift. Breakfast fine but not exciting (basic cereal, tinned fruit etc) . No bar, reception area to lounge in. So a good basic hotel where I slept well, and would use again.

Rude staff and management. Property not worth the money. Lots of better options nearby if you have to stay near Paddington. Would not recommend. Stay somewhere else. Look at the other negative reviews as they are more accurate than the positive reviews.
