Great boutique hotel located in a wonderful area of South Kensington within walking distance to Hyde Park and Kensington Palace. Also near Notting Hill, Belgravia and Mayfair. I even walked to Harrods one day. I enjoyed the very kind staff. The in house restaurant offers great Malaysian cuisine ask for Chenni she’s a lovely host.

The staff is really kind and helped us for everything! The rooms are very cleans and very large. The lobby is pleasant and there is a quiet garden. The street is quiet .The underground Earl's court is very close, 5 minutes! The line Piccadilly is very good .There are a big supermarket 2 minutes from the hotel and some restaurants in the main street (Cromwell road) and in Kensington road (15 minutes) We were very happy in this hotel!

We had a good stay at this hotel! - hotel is close to Earl’s Court and Gloucester Train station - we were allowed to check in early since our rooms were ready. - we had two family rooms. Both were very spacious. One room had a king bed and a sofa bed. The other room had a king bed and two twin beds - staff were friendly. - rooms had central air so we were able to keep cool Cons: - bathroom sink only had hot water 🤷🏻‍♀️ - no conditioner

We stayed here for two nights as we had a few days away from the kids and the dogs!! Lovely hotel nice quiet area but not to far away from tube stations and the hustle and bustle of London which we love. The staff were so helpful and polite. Room was lovely and well appointed. Thank you for a fantastic stay we will be back

Great location in Kensington on a fairly quiet side street (Lexham Gardens). Many restaurants, shops and services on Cromwell, which is nearest major street. Easy tube trip to Heathrow Airport (I used Gloucester Road tube station). Sainsbury's Supermarket a 5 minute walk. Easy check in. Small elevator lift. Hotel room bath tub was difficult getting out of (too high). Rainfall shower head. Good bed. Quiet. Dorm size refrigerator. Good street view from windows. Black out curtains. Safe in closet. Decent number of cable stations on TV. Carpet needs update. Good price. Overall a good stay.

Are you looking for a hotel with paper thin walls, just 2 plug sockets and an ironing board fit for a toddler? Then welcome to Park City Grand Plaza Kensington Hotel! I was not pleased really, for London this hotel was not particularly expensive but the room was just missing everything that you’d expect. Two usable plug sockets for a double room is not enough! Even the lamp in the corner of the room was plug socket-less, so there is just a completely unusable lamp in the room because you can’t plug it in. The air conditioning was out of use for our entire stay…. London in June with no air con, in a second floor room is basically a greenhouse. The walls are so thin I was thrilled to be listening to the customer in the next rooms alarm going off at 6am everyday as well as, can you even believe it, the ding of the lift every time it reached our floor!!! Pros of this hotel; decent clean and refreshed each day, nice shower and bathroom, reasonable distance from a couple of underground stations. I don’t think I’d stay here again to be honest. A more sincere apology about the air conditioning being broken would have gone a long way.

The air conditioning system wasn't working and we couldn't sleep because of that. Also the bathroom's door handle broke first time I used it. Room cleaning service left all the litter in the room. Overall the hotel is not worth of four stars.

When me and my sisters arrived the staff member checked us in on a wrong booking until I clarified my details and booking reference, staff member did apologise, but attention to details is a must when some is check-in. The room itself was okay; however, the bed sheets were torn, and the blanket was a single on a double bed.

My mother flew in from abroad, and had booked this hotel about a month in advance. She booked through booking.com, and was supposed to pay upon arrival at the hotel. The hotel claimed, on the morning of her arrival date, that they had a problem with her card, but nevertheless they assured her that they would keep her room -- she was due to check in in the late afternoon. Suddenly at around 4pm on the day of her arrival, her room was cancelled. We phoned them and they would not budge, saying that it's part of their policy, and that it was too late to secure another room now as the hotel was fully booked. Imagine my suprise when, as I was trying to find another hotel via booking.com, I found this hotel come up, with a room available. My mother has had to book another hotel at the last minute, at more than double the price. An absolute disgrace!
