The room was was too small to move when our luggage was included. On checking in we paid for eight nights. The room was found to be unsuitable as my wife is disabled and we couldn't move in the room. We checked out in the morning and explained the reason. I was prepared to pay for the one night that...

Was booked at short notice, overpriced. Good location in quite side street close to Hyde park. Small room with good beds, very basic Continental breakfast, a bit sad really. Unsecured luggage storage only.

Very basic hotel with cosy rooms. Bathroom and amenities were of high standards. Breakfast is included in the rate and is a nice selection with friendly staff. Kensington Gardens is just across the road which is a nice way to spend the afternoon. The hotel offers a lounge area in the lobby, as well as luggage storage if you arrive...

Stayed here 5 nights and went down for breakfast each morning - cereal, toast & jam, cold cuts, cheese, yoghurt, juice, coffee, tea. Serve yourself the breakfast items and the ladies that operate the breakfast room are quick to serve you your coffee/tea & toast. This hotel is small, quaint, and very clean. The beds were very comfortable, the room...

Booked this hotel for a one night stay as we were going to see a show. It was ideal for our needs. Our room was bijou (small), but adequate with a small shower/bathroom. The room was to the front of the hotel and was reasonably quiet with little traffic passing by. Breakfast was of a continental style, full English available...

Staff members care. A minor injury brought concern, and directions for care, from the manager. Rooms are small, but adequate, and scrupulously clean. Towel warmer by the shower is a nice touch. Convenient to tubes, 4-minute walk to Central Line; six-minute walk to Circle and District Lines. Lots of neighborhood services close by: restaurants, delis, luggage, banks, pharmacy, laundry, Royal...

Nice traditional older style hotel in center of London, Close to underground and restaurants. Walking distance to a lot of nice places. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. We were a family of 5 who had to split up in 2 rooms, we would have prefered to be on the same floor but unfortunately wasnt possible.
