Never stay here they made us pay before seeing our room. Omg the state of it was filthy flee pit! We asked for two singles on booking. They chap on reception was very aggressive when we asked for our room to be changed to which we requested the two singles of course. Eventually he said follow me put us in...

Lovely, comfortable hotel in a great location. My room was air-conditioned with plenty of storage space for bags and coats. The bathroom had been cleaned to a high standard. The front-facing view was a nice bonus. My only criticism is that there could have been more staff on at reception. I had to wait a long time for the desk...

Booked a double upper floor room for our anniversary. Was given a basement room with single beds. When we complained that this wasnt what we booked. The staff were very rude. And wouldn't move us. Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere.

And ended up being transferred to Holland Court. We we're not amused. Upon arrival we had to pay for wifi per 24hrs! My husband managed to get it for half price since we were transferred. The room was tiny, but the bathroom was okay. The breakfast was in a small room and was very simple (toast, orange juice, tea, milk...

Having read the reviews we were very optimistic about arriving, however upon arrival our first room had a visit by some flies which only came in to the room as the window was left open and the lights were on. After complaining to reception they moved us to another room immediately. To be honest the stay was pleasant and the...

A very basic hotel, but I simply needed somewhere to sleep while working at Olympia so the location was an advantage. The room was somewhat cramped and bare, and instead of the double bed that I had expected there was a row of three small singles. Despite being 6'7" tall, I managed to manoeuvre myself into one of them and...

We arrived at this hotel after viewing its advertisement online, seeing this looked very tidy based on their advertisement.. We Arrived and reception was nothing like the ad showed... Old not untidy cramped area. Bad tempered, unprofessional and objective staff. The 1st room we were allocated had curtains falling down, paint flaking off walls, floor dirty and serious musky smell...

This was a last minute booking and we were looking for something cheap so at under £200 for the weekend for somewhere near the Olympia when everything else was £300+ we went with it. Yes it wasn't the ritz but for the £ it wasn't that bad. Just as a warning though- it is on a busy road and has...

This is the worst hotel that we have ever stayed in. Embarrassing to see foreign visitors have to stay in such a place. - door didn't lock once inside the room - the bed had no mattress protector and we didn't dare look under the sheet - the bed was on an incline which made one person role in to...
