I managed to get a very good price on booking.com so that was a plus for a 4 star hotel. Adding to that, the staff was very nice and polite, the breakfast had a great qualilty and the rooms were also great. The location was a surprise too. Booking blindly this stay, I was lucky. There are restaurants, fast food...

Just had a lovely stay in London at the Norfolk Tower Hotel. We were there for a west end show and had a lovely room upgrade to LG2. There was an underground strike and we walked in the rain from Charring cross to Paddington an arrived dripping wet. Our room wasn't quite ready as we were a few minutes early...

Rude breakfast hostess. Unaccommodating staff. One lift servicing 5 floors. Tiny rooms. Very little variety at breakfast. Only positives - location (between Edgware Road and Paddington station); cleanliness; and just opposite the mosque.

We spent 2 nights at the Norfolk Towers in November, and really enjoyed it! It is a clean, comfortable, and quiet place to rest after long days of seeing the sights in London. The desk staff and concierge were very helpful. Value of price paid was very good. I would definitely stay here again!

It was a good and amazing hotel for few nights all went good from the beginning until the last moment when we were checking out they were not so flexible like the check in receptionists. I was treated to "High Tea" in the restaurant as a birthday surprise from my daughter this afternoon. The restaurant and decor was beautiful, the staff very attentive and polite and the food . . . . well that was just amazing!! Little miniature chicken pies and sausage rolls with the lightest of pastry, finger sandwiches with delicious fillings and...

Stayed 5 nights in November 2016, couple on leisure trip. Hotel room is very small. There is barely walking space with 2 luggages. However, facilities and amenities provided are comprehensive. There is only 1 lift, with a maximum capacity of 3 people, so sometimes there were long waits to use the lift. Breakfast spread and quality is decent. The hotel...

A friend and I stayed in this hotel for two nights recently as we were on a work related course. The location of the hotel is great for those wanting to see central London. The tube is about a 5min walk and plenty of cafes nearby. The hotel itself is modern and clean. I would certainly have revisited this hotel...
