Much appreciated the presence of an elevator! Executive double room twin beds, spacious and clean with wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers, TV and kettle; inevitable carpet, but new and well maintained (also in common areas).
Very appreciated also the double glazing that isolates from external noise (overlooking the back, presence of engines).
Brand new bathroom! Small (the door is a bit cumbersome), but very clean, stocked with care and with daily change of towels.
Excellent breakfast (especially for lovers of "salty") in a beautiful room with carefully prepared tables.
Luggage storage in a dedicated and closed room.
Bar open in the afternoon for an Afternoon Tea and in the evening for a drink.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Location perfectly served by several buses, four tube lines plus the Elizabeth line to Heathrow, and the train station.
Even though it was close to the station (maybe due to road construction in front of the station), it was in a quiet area with little traffic, so I slept well. The staff at the front desk and breakfast area were all smiling and friendly. The bed sheets and towels were clean.
I stayed on the 5th floor, and the shower had no problem with the amount of hot water. I personally really liked that there was a mirror with a light for makeup on the sink. There was no toothbrush as an amenity, only solid soap and shower cap. The shampoo, body soap, and body lotion were provided in small bottles, which felt a bit nostalgic (many European accommodations these days only provide large bottles of shampoo for environmental reasons).
The room was small, so I had to be creative to open my suitcase, and there was no space on the sink to put cosmetics, but it wasn't much of a problem for a solo traveler. The room was equipped with a mini fridge, a safe, an electric kettle, and a tea set (Twinings and Tetley tea bags, and instant coffee), so it was enough if you're not staying for a long time. Breakfast is included and the price is perfect

Very kind, helpful and super welcoming staff.
If I really have to find a flaw, the breakfast... not very well stocked and not even very excellent. Also if you want pancakes or porridge you would have to pay extra.
The location is excellent, a few minutes from Hyde Park and the bus and tube station are just a few steps away.

I had the impression that all hotels in London were small and expensive, but this hotel was perfect for two women. There was enough space to open two 160-size large trunks (we used the club twin room). We requested a twin room, but as you can see in the photo, they are attached, so you may feel a little cramped.
We used a room on the second floor (first floor in London). The bathroom had a bathtub and was equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and soap. There were two glasses for brushing your teeth. Bath towels, face towels, and hand towels. The pot can make 1L of hot water, so you can easily make cup ramen. Coffee, tea, sugar, and milk. The coffee cups are big enough to make miso soup.
There are outlets next to each bed. In the bathroom. Installed on the dresser. There were no bed bugs, which are currently a problem.
There is no shower curtain (half of the bathtub is separated by glass), so you need a little trick to take a shower. The hangers in the closet cannot be removed. There is space to put your shoes. The hairdryer has enough power. The room I stayed in did not have a chain lock, so I put a chair near the door and went to sleep.
The breakfast was the same every day, but the seasoning was to Japanese tastes, and I didn't think that an English breakfast could be so delicious. Not to mention the ham, cheese, and yogurt, the beans and eggs were also very delicious.
The hospitality is particularly noteworthy, and every staff member was happy to respond to my calls and was very friendly. Since I can't speak English at all, I communicated with gestures, but they were patiently able to help me.
This time, I paid for the hotel in advance, but I was not told anything in particular, and I was not charged at check-out (I was not asked to show the credit card I used. I only had to show the address of my companion and the representative's passport). I contacted them to let them know that I would be checking in late, and they replied immediately.
There are liquor stores and a bus stop in front of the hotel, and a nice pub called Fountains Abbey is just a short walk away, so there is no shortage of food. On the day of my return, my flight was scheduled to depart at 4am, but there was someone at the front desk who greeted me warmly.
I'd definitely like to use this service again next time!

First of all, there was an interconnecting door in the rooms, and although I initially thought nothing of it, we soon realised you can hear pretty much everything from the other room - every conversation & most movement. I also didn’t think the room gave the ‘executive’ vibe since it was a small space with damaged headboards and a view to be desired. I also found out the same room could be booked online £50 cheaper if we’d have waited a little longer.
The room ammenities were great, and the staff were wonderful, despite having to deal with some pretty rude customers, and I saw a couple of them despite only being in the reception for about 30 minutes all together. Bravo to the staff!
I did also love the little button feature where you can show if you want the cleaners to come in or not, and forewarn whether you’re sleeping - a very nifty feature!
Would I stay here again, probably not, but not because the experience was poor - far from it. It was a pleasant place.
Although our room was smaller than we expected, our stay was still very pleasant. The breakfast was delicious, and the atmosphere was lovely. We want to give special thanks to Atef, who welcomed us and helped us so much during our stay he was incredibly kind and made a big impression. Also, the young black waitress (unfortunately, we didn’t catch her name) made our trip even more enjoyable with her warm hospitality.
We highly recommend your hotel and hope to stay with you again in the future.

All of the staff we met and dealt with were both friendly and professional from the checkin, the cleaners, restaurant staff and at checkout.
The immediate area was really quiet and felt very safe, especially at night.
The hotel itself is very smart looking and well appointed, with a lovely dining area. Paddington Bear in the foyer is a lovely touch and great photo opp.
Our room on the lower ground floor was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Bathroom/shower was very spacious, the beds were comfortable, the air con was a blessing and the mini fridge was very helpful.
Overall fantastic, I was very happy and impressed and would stay again. I recommend.
No complaints in the slightest from me.
The only thing worth noting, is if you are a light sleeper in any way, is that our location on the lower ground floor was sort of beside the cleaners store, so a little bit noisy in the mornings.
The other thing was you could hear the rumbling of The Tube/trains nearby, but after a while, you wouldn't really notice it, and it can't really be helped either in such a bustling, central location such as Paddington.
Maybe bring some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper!
