Conveniently located near St Pancras train station. Guest services check in: extremely friendly, helpful. With a very early arrival into London, guest services was able to request & notify when a room became available. They offer bag storage during the wait. The Pullman is located near cafes, library, pubs, shops. The room was spacious, very clean, offered hotel amenities, safe…and the beds were so comfortable!!!! Everyone from housekeeping, to restaurant, guest services were outstanding start to finish!!! Highly recommend

We have stayed at the Pullman St. Pancras over the years whenever we travel to London, back to when the property was a Novotel! From staying in autumn, to spring, and even over the Christmas holidays, the staff have been accommodating to us each and every time when we've celebrated milestone events, most recently this April, 2023 for a milestone birthday! From Nicole in reservations surprising us to upgrading our room to a deluxe suite with a beautiful view and a welcome birthday treat, to Frederico in the restaurant who surprised us with a beautiful cake at breakfast, to Cashe in the restaurant who shared some great music venue suggestions, we appreciated the open and welcome feeling we received for our returning back once again. Make sure to take advantage of the plentiful buffet breakfast the hotel offers. It can be added on, or part of the package. It is a good deal, as it is one of the best breakfasts I have seen a hotel offer, with hot and cold food, healthy and diverse options for all types of diets. The rooms have great products for hair and body, and outlets for all kinds of electronics. Our room (1511) had a Nespresso machine, complete with choice of pods and a mini-fridge. Soft cotton robes and slippers were in the closet, along with a safe that you can program with your own code. The great thing is that the hotel is situated between Kings Cross, St. Pancras, and Euston Stations. All within a 5-7 minute walk! The Tubes are all there as well, with a lot of bus lines connecting. So a perfect location for you to go to many destinations. The rooms are guiet (1511 looks over the back, a lovely view, away from Euston Road), and the beds are comfortable. Finally, the staff are available to help all the time. So stop scrolling and researching. You won't find a better bargain at this price for this type of category. We will be back again! I didn't go. I booked through Bookimg.com so I could get free cancellation, for the day of a train strike, then found it was much cheaper to get a taxi home. I cancelled the hotel, had my free cancellation confirmed by Booking.com, but the hotel took the money from my account anyway, in November, and refuse to refund. So beware this hotel.

After investigating the situation, I can confirm that there were two bookings under your name for the same date in September. One of the bookings was cancelled as you said, nevertheless the other one remained as confirmed, therefore we were obliged to apply the no-show fee as per the terms and conditions in your reservation. I would suggest to contact booking.com directly since you made the reservation through them and I am sure they will be able to address your concerns regarding the cancellation and no-show policy. Loved the stay at Pullman st Pancras! Staff was very friendly and attentive. Had written a request for a room with a view and was so surprised and happy that this was noticed and we got an amazing view from the 16th floor as well as a lovely treat for us at the room! I visited the Pullmann St Pancras for an after-dinner drink last night, and we had a great time. We had a great conversation about travel and Italian food with our lovely Italian waitress Anto. Anto made sure we were well looked after, and her knowledge of cocktails is very impressive. There's a very nice and relaxing atmosphere, so I'll definitely come back.

We went last night. We did not have a booking so we went in just for a drink but ended up having dinner. The food was really good and the staff super friendly and helpful, specially Patricia, Anto y Alessia. I would recommend them to everyone.

Today my family and I made dinner reservations at GA Kings X. The restaurant was beautifully decorated, had great ambience and good background music. Matthew, our waiter, was great. Being it was our first time at this restaurant, I asked Matthew to recommend options. His choices were spot on. Ribeye, Salmon and Seafood Risotto were all delicious choices. The wine and dessert he suggested were delicious. Matthew was polite, kind, commented on the talents of tonight’s chefs and made use feel welcomed . Patri , the hostess, was also a delight. She spoke with us in Spanish. She shared a wonderful story about her family. My family and I were impressed with the GA Kings X. I would absolutely return to have another wonderful dinner during my trip in London.

I visited the GA Kings restaurant today and Matthew was very nice, professional and attentive with us. Compliments to the chefs too. Good food, good music and ambiance. We didn't have to wait too long for the food, Matthew made sure we had all we needed.

I had dinner with my family at the GA, Matthew could not have been more attentive with making sure we were ok for drinks, how our food was and when he found out it was my grandmother and mother's birthday he went out of his way to do something special for us. The drinks and food were fabulous and he really helped make the night special.
