Walking distance to the West End. Stayed on New Year Eve, rooms clean and covid safe. Decided not to pay 26 pounds for breakfast. Only problem was our daughters key wasn't working and she needed to keep going to reception. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful.

Hotel's Favorite
Lovely stay in this ideally situated hotel which is just a short stroll to Oxford St and Covent Garden plus only 25 gentle walk from Kings Cross St. Hotel was nipping clean throughout and decorated to a pretty modern style. Fabulously helpful staff in the reception, bar area and cleaning team on our particular floor were excellent. Room had everything required for a city break (kettle, iron, coffee maker, hairdryer etc) and was fairly spacious. No issues with stay and will most certainly be back in near future.

So disappointed with the service they gave me this weekend.I have booked 2 premium family rooms as we where taking our daughter, our son-in-law and their 2 children, and we wanted the space especially if one child wanted to be will us,hence why I booked 2 family rooms. On arrival they changed my room choices to 1 family room and 1 double room. Our double room was ok and spacious however not what I booked. So off we went,on our arrival back at the hotel Saturday evening when entering our double room, we where greeted by a horrendous smell, one we couldn't tolerate my husband went down the reception, the lady can back to check our room and agreed the smell was absolutely awful. So she did move us, however the room was so small definitely not a premium room and the air conditioning unit in the room. Was so noisy you could sleep with it on, and in the morning at checkout the staff spoke about the smell so obviously it was a know fault so why put People in that room until its fixed. No sign of any compensation for not getting what I paid for,not even a free drink. Most disappointed with the customer service from Radisson Blu,will spend my money elsewhere in future.

We love the Bloomsbury area of London; we've stayed there every 2 or 3 years since 2002. Our hotel of choice was looking a little down-at-heel since the Covid shutdown, so we decided to have a look at others in the neighborhood in case we decide to switch for our next visit. We masked up outside the Kenilworth, and as we prepared to mount the steps to enter, a sleazy stalwart came outside and blocked our way. "Are you staying at this hotel?" My wife replied that we wanted to have a look for future consideration, and he cut her off with "Go to the hotel over there!" We didn't understand, looked confused. He repeated "You go to that hotel over there!" angrily, went inside and shut the door. He was pointing at the Bloomsbury Hotel, unaffiliated with the Radisson Kenilworth. I checked the Radisson site, and didn't see an appropriate place to tell them about our interaction. I can't imagine that anyone in the Radisson organization wants this at one of their hotels. We were dressed well, we were polite; we are affluent folks who like to travel. We will be taking his advice about the hotel, however.

The hotel is in very good location close to local attractions. The staff were very attentative especially in the restaurant. The cleaning staff cleaned and tidied our room while we were having breakfast which was a nice surprise when we returned to the room
