Very small rooms despite an upgrade. Difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. restaurant was very poor. Staff were friendly but not enough of them. Seemed under a lot of pressure. Breakfast was okay but nothing to write home about.

Good location, five minutes from tube station. Restaurants & pubs nearby. Close to British Museum. Our room was quiet and had a nice view. The staff at the front desk was very accommodating. Overall a nice stay

Just checked in and already a bad experience - chap on reception couldnt have been less interested if he tried. Explained that due to train strikes we'd had to book an extra night (tonight) and asked if we would be in the same room throughout - he mumbled something that seemed to indicate we'd be in the same room....unfortunately, despite asking for two single beds we (my mum and i) have a tiny double bed. Went to ask to be moved rooms, same chap again didn't care and said we'd have to speak to reception in the morning. NOT IMPRESSED and it's only the first night.

Location and the staff were excellent. We had Superior room, which itself was quite ok. Although there weren’t proper black out curtains, just curtain blinds that leaked some light from the sides. We were travelling with my husband and our 3,5month old baby, and there wasn’t baby crib in the room when we arrived, even though we had requested it. We contacted the front desk and got the crib delivered. I would have appreciated that the hotel would have been more mindful about our room location as we had a little baby with us - our room was first one after the corridor door and on street side in second floor. Also we heard it in our room if someone flushed a toilet. So quite noisy location. Fortunately our baby slept ok, but maybe hotel should consider these factors in the future for families with small children?

The room is extremely small, old and dusty. The room that I stayed in had some strange scraping noises coming from the ceiling. I stayed for two nights and barely slept. There were also spider webs in the closet. It’s too bad the room isn’t as nice as the lobby…

Hotel was nice, but the room and bathroom were very small. No veggie sausage options at breakfast and bacon on the Eggs Benedict, which wasn’t mentioned on the menu. I’ve paid half the price and had better. The hotel did smell nice and was very clean.

Location is 1st class, so you pay a premium. Ok. After that it’s fur coat and no knickers. Room was small, basic & tired with pretty disgusting carpet. Bathroom was beyond small - you can sit on the toilet and rest your chin on the washbasin edge. Bar closes early, even for residents. Breakfast which is a cool 25 quid a head is served tepid, and doesn’t even have non dairy spread for your toast. That’s it for me and Radisson.

We apologize that you did not receive the room type that you had requested, and are glad that we were able to find a solution for your stay. However, please note that bed type requests through our agents are subject to availability on the day of arrival. Perfect location in London. Close to Tottenham Court Road station, 10-15 min. walk from Covent Garden, Soho and Oxford Street. Rooms are noisy due to old windows soyou can really hear the traffic even on 5 floor. A little old design in rooms.

Wonderful location for a hotel, with plenty to do within a 30 minute walk. Stayed here overnight and found the in-room facilities & size perfectly adequate for its location. The breakfast was easily the highlight, I'm dying to know the recipe for your homemade muesli - haven't had anything that good anywhere else.
